Bowyer just went for a hell of a ride there. He is done, Kurt Busch is done, and both Jones and Jamie Mac got involved as well.

More expensive repair bill: Indianapolis, Bristol, or Daytona/Talladega?
I think it's the 2nd. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure it's the second time.Is this the first actual implementation of the Harvick rule?
To be clear, I mean a wreck happening before they even take the green for the restart, a la Harvick at Talladega a few years ago.I think it's the 2nd. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure it's the second time.
They waited for them to cross the OT line to throw the caution because with that crash they would've had to end it due to darkness.

Newman at SHR 2.0.Well, that's a shocker. Still think he's getting booted though
NASCAR totally swallowed the caution flag there. They clearly had enough time to throw the caution before he got to the line. I'm sure the impending sunset impacted their choice, but it still feels so inconsistent from race to race how they make these decisions.
Interesting to think that the last man standing from the Hendrick camp this race is Kasey Khane considering he's been the weakest driver on the team for the past few years.
