ForzaCentral is one of the sites I used to be a mod on along with some of my friends. It used to be a great site many years ago back in the Forza 1 and Forza 2 days. Then after that it just went downhill. My friends and I eventually just left that site and have never been back. Even though I was a mod and there were other mods on the site, it has Admin and moderation problems. I have nothing against that site, I just decided it was best to leave all together. It also had issues with loading and there were days the site was down completely. All those problems combined are the reason that the site was pretty much dead when we left.
ForzaMotorsport is just slow and very unreliable. Some great people over there, just not a reliable site for loading times or for replying. Its always had loading problems and got worse with F3. Now continuted with F4. I still reply on there but it takes a while sometimes.
xbox.com also loads very slow and is VERY unreliable. And poorly moderated.
ForzaPlanet is really the best alternative out there for Forza. Members want a fast, reliable, well moderated, and friendly Forza site. FP is finally the answer.

Around 2% of FP's users have been banned, and that number is around 3% on GTP, so I expect the ratio on the sites to be roughly the same.
