Yeah but what I wanted to ask. Been seeing in the world rankings a couple top racers PSN iD beginning with "TRL_" plus whatever name added (TRL_Beau, TRL_Immortal etc).
What's the commonality with you guys? Is it some club beginning with "TRL" or y'all just happened to begin your PSN ID like that? What does the "TRL" stand for? Curious.

I tried again with FXX but wasn't able to improve 2.07.4
I have a PSN friend with 2.06.5 to follow, but I'm always too slow in last 3 corners where I lose at least 6/7 tenths to him :confused:

TRL is a team and we all use a TRL_ infront of our psn names, TRL stands for Team redline.
 
@beau231 maaan you gotta give some insight into your setup, you clearly having been dialing it in! Amazing 2:01 time :dunce: Another question, how is it that immortal is six tenths faster? How much of that gap is down to setup in your opinion?

I think it's all up on driver skill then setup, looking at everyone setup on here looks similar to what where using so I believe it's all up on everyones driving

Also IMMORTAL is in a different level of racing to me for the people who think Im quick look at IMMORTAL, we use same setup and there's 6 tenth difference, he is normally 1 second faster than me and for me to be where I am is great result for me and this is me actually trying!

Couldn't improve on a 2m07.7 with the Aventador, read all the rave reviews on the SV, gave it a run.
Thirteen lap run started with a couple of red laps, lap 5 got to T2 in 81.6 and managed a 2m06.7, next lap I was almost drooling as I made T2 in 81.1 only to fluff my lines in the final sector.
Repeated the process for the next four laps before throwing in the towel.
Will be back at it later

"Nothing to do with setup": top 5 are all TRL drivers. Repeatedly dodges my questions about setup. Some of you say all you have to do is ask for the setup! Yet when I do you guys refuse to say anything and you push that it's nothing to do laptime. What a f'ing joke
You guys are obviously mega skilled but when you have 20000 km on a car you know a lil more about setup than my rather lacklustre 800km.

Well truthy it's not my setup and I don't believe I should share it if it's not mine, unless the owner gave me permission I won't share there setup, if it was my setup i'd think about it but probably wouldn't because that's who I am, and our setup is pretty much the same as yours so whatever advantage you think we have in our setup it's really not much, and im sure if your friend gave you a setup not wanting to be shared you wouldn't go giving everyone his setup yeah?


@Doodle shares his setup all the time so pretty some of us do, but me for who I am yes I know I don't share setups much, do you understand why we dodge them now? where not trying to use a advantage out of it, it's just not my tune to be sharing

2.07.139 P199. I'm still too slow in the last part. I was in line with the 2.06.5 lap till the "petit eau rouge" then I lost 0.6 in 3 corners :banghead:

Well I'am agree with both of you. When I drive a first place( never gonna happen) but when... I share the tune. But I understand guys also to give it not. Everybody must know that for his own. Ask the TRL players in private posts for the tune maybe they give it?

But if someone ask me to not tell it to anybody I do not tell it.

My biggest problem is that i know no %^&*&* about this track haha. I really almost never drive here. A crazy ferrari with slippy wheels on a track I dont Know.... :dunce::crazy::drool::drool::drool:.

In the last week maybe :lol:
 
I've tried a couple FXX tunes but all of them were not stable enough for me esp with the corners, even with Active Steering on "Strong" and TC 1, ABS 1. Even increased TC and ABS didn't help. Pretty much gave up after a while.

Yeah the car is really unstable, no matter what the car is very slippery with whatever setup you have, maybe try manual gears and try going through corners with low revs? Bit more control on the throttle that way
