I've played Abu Dhabi a few times and it doesn't change from sunset to night time? I've done this on 10% and 20% race distances and still no effect. Does it only work on longer stints?

I'm going to be doing a 75% race there soon.. Only because this track is epic.. if it doesn't change during a 75% then dynamic time-of-day is something they left out.

Time of day doesn't change. It's fixed on twilight said CM.
