That's not quite right.

You do need to gold everything for Gold Standard, but remember that each race appears twice - once in A-Spec and once in B-Spec. So long as you have a gold trophy in one version of any race/series, you have golded that race/series and this counts towards Gold Standard.

B-spec lvl 36. I need the last (Nurburgring) 24hr endurance race.
Fully finished all other challenge/races
All golds in licences. <-- Yeah, I know this is really no big deal with GT5
