Anyone Else Scared About A New Patch?

To me it's funny how everyone has an X1...i could care less for the thing. I trade for cars i haven't found or cars that i dont want and someone else does. As long as they keep it simple i'm fine with that. I just want them to eliminate that stupid 1 car per day limit. It's absurd.

The X1 is great for B-spec grinding if you're in a rush, as well as the obvious A-spec indy grind among others.
And yeah the one day thing is beyond ridiculous.

True, but they did put a huge block in it for the for now by linking trades to PSN accounts so you can no longer have a second account sending, quiting before save, & repeat meaning you pretty much have to make 1 account per 1-2 cars unless you get creative.

This duplication is almost a similar situation. I can't imagine how much worse off this section would be if the trades weren't linked to PSN & people could dupe and trade as much as they wanted within a given day.

Takes very little creativity and less effort to get 7+ quality bday cars per day. I have no patience for grinding and manage to pump out 92CPs with ease.

Are there really people saying dupe is bad??

They should learn two things:

1- Cars in the game are not real, you don't lose anything valuable
2- You are not oblied to trade cars, if you want to trade make offers and if not just ignore the post.

I hate grinding, especially when you could be doing something useful like learning a track.

Takes very little creativity and less effort to get 7+ quality bday cars per day. I have no patience for grinding and manage to pump out 92CPs with ease.

But it takes numerous accounts you have to constantly create. That gets old fast, even with just random numbers/words put in as info.


If that's what people wish to do though, more power to them.

Only thing I would be worried about is that they'll somehow check up on accounts to see if you acquired everything within the normal boundaries of the game (Ie: Bday/dupes etc).
Kinda like T10 did with forza 3.

Hope they will somehow? They already know the source of all your vehicles (and paints). Remember that little "log" LOL - it is a record of EVERYTHING you hav edone on the account and gamesave.

Not to mention, but all gifts pass through there server system and I am 100% confident include "source, destinaiton, car tyep (as in buy, win, birthday)".

The only thing they may not have accounted for was dupes, as you can buy muluitples of the same car they woudl have needed to have each "new" aquisition get a new "VIN" - I would ahve used PSN + Car ID + date/time = VIN. That way you could tell dupes vs uniques.

I foresee much gnashing of teeth and dousing of heads in ash in the New year as Sony and PD reign in the fraudsters LOL.. not that I mind of care, ti is afterall, just a game, a distraction from life in it's purest form

Everyone, I have Mastered in Business Administration. If Sony would allow PD to do this (pissing of lots of clients apart from the hardcore niche AND spending money on such a foulish thing) I can assure you the executive in charge who authorized it will be fired so fast his head will spin.

Mainly the X2010 is a car you have to work for. Yet you see people who are lower than level 15 begging for it.

I don't see how you're managing 7+ BDay cars a day without constantly creating at least another 4-6 accounts that will gift towards your main.

The trade system in place now only allows for 1 car per PSN account per 20 hours.

Method has been posted elsewhere. Requires only one new acct per day to retrieve N cars.

The only method I can think of being able to do that is
Main Account
2-3 Accounts (A/B/C)
And the one you create every day, where you basically do a bunch of trading between each account.

Either way, the BDay glitch has become a boring chore for me to keep doing, but as said before, more power to anyone else who can do it.
