Today I went on AOL and was greeted by a Chrysler 300M in dire need of bodywork on its front quarterpanel.

Anybody else notice this?

No, but that could be a shadow on it...

Yeah, it's just a reflection/shadow.

But a reflection of what? :odd:

I guess we'll never know. And that picture will go into the GTP archives as "the 300M that had a shadow on its front fender that no one could guess what it was." It will marvel members for the generations to come, some will even perish from excessive though while trying to find what the hell is on that front fender. And we'll laugh.

Enter the 300M's urban legend.

It's definitely a shadow, but couldn't Chrysler give them a better press picture? That's seen by literally millions - how stupid.

Why bother? It's seen by AOL users. Enough said. It won't look any better in another picture.

Normally that's funny, but who the hell do you think Chrysler's trying to sell the 300M to!? AOL users are 300M-owning types.

The funny part is I didn't put much thought into that post. In fact, looking at this thread, I don't even remember posting that...
