Reports that say that something hasn't happened are always interesting to me, because as we know, there are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns -- the ones we don't know we don't know.
There's rumors that they have one or two more major update. They might include the Hyundai Veloster and Genesis coupe and 2 tracks or something. I don't know.
I wouldn't be surprised that with the release of the Academy Edition they would do a bigger update. The PS Blog said that there will be more news coming about the game.
I bet they won't fix things that need fixing though. Example- stupid physics oversight where a wing creating downforce will pull car forward if nose is jacked up high enough (that ''down arrow'' of force goes slightly forward if car's nose is jacked up) It's stupid stuff like that, that they never fix that makes me ask, WTFPD?

This guy get's it 👍. I'm expecting one of the little extras included in the update to be the "On the fly" tuning menu used at the Nurburgring 24h, along with a few more bug fixes and maybe some slight revisions to online. This late in the game's life, I seriously doubt that they'd put the effort into reinvigorating A-Spec or adding a livery editor or any other big features.

Considering how much time it might take for GT6 to be released (time between the release of GT4 and GT5: Five years, nine months, two days), there will probably be at least one more big update. Maybe even more. Who knows?
