Lago Maggiore v1.2 or on Legions blog
-added fences, rain config, more ads, more spectators, object count still way under 1000
-more cameras, thx at you know who you are, more skins (hint: you can enable more than one skin at a time in CM)
-if you dont want dynamic objects you can safely remove these 6 files from track folder, they may also prevent vanilla AC from running:
airliner.kn5 - blimp.kn5 - bal_lakemaggiore.kn5 - bal_lakemaggiore2.kn5 - heli_hughesfly_00.kn5 - heli_redfly.kn5
-if too heavy you can remove "gt_autodromo_lago_maggiore_fences.kn5" too
-in "extension\ext_config.ini" there is a section with this, commented out:
HIDE=treewalls_28 ;;; hide that one sort of far distant trees if it bugs you
Have Fun!

On of my favorite tracks. In VR going down the hill is scary and I love it.

Thank you

I guess I (and probably others) haven't found or visited his discord channel yet.

My 'XMAS Wish' is that discord doesn't become the next Facebook for sim modders to archive/host their material. As with Facebook, I won't sign up for discord because I know what their 'privacy terms' mean... and what they can do with your data if you agree to it.

If I can read posts somewhere without signing up, I'm OK with going there, but I won't sign up and give some unknown corporation permission to poke around on my computers and do whatever they want. Obviously, there are some you can't avoid (like the companies who make your computer's operating systems), but many others you can.

EDIT:
For anyone tempted to dismiss my comments as the ramblings of a paranoid technophobe, I also highly suggest you watch the recent Netflix documentary 'The Social Dilemma':

With RSS and VRC releasing content, I did not think today could get any better. You proved me wrong. I have been waiting for an update on this track. It was worth the wait.

I don't usually send screenshots of our works, if not when the cars are done, but since it's Christmas, I've been asked to send some greeting cards.
I can't promise you a release date for this Bentley Continental GT3 2016 ACC, but as you can see, we are working on it. When it's Ready, you will see the V1.0

Enjoy the holidays and stay safe! :P

70% done just need to get some interior pieces AO,Colider,Lods and a better fitting driver and a merry Christmas to you guys!!!
Really wanted to rework it since it was my theoretically first mod. Might try refracting headlights on this one. GT6 models can be a bit of an mess to work with compared to Forzas models.

OK. Odd question here, but I just downloaded the RSS GT Pack Update.

I don't want to lose all the great skins I currently have collected for this pack over the years. What is the correct method to maintain all the skins I've collected while still updating the content from RSS GT Pack?

Drag and drop content and just select Update from the drop down in Content Manger?

Nice! Thanks. Would be cool to have a Brainerd, tho - may be slightly biased as my partner's in MN haha

I'm building Brainerd (Donnybrooke) as we speak. It will have the short layout, the long layout, the historic layout (basically the long layout but with the banking and historic surroundings), and a kart layout. It's gonna be a while but it will come eventually.

I manually backed up my skins that weren't contained in the new file, then just dragged them back in to the folder in windows explorer after install.

Is there a way to straighten pit boxes on tracks that have them angled? Or at least a reason why some do that. I don't get it. The boxes are marked straight, so it looks really odd.

I was comparing the ACU/patrickpat Hockenheim vs the new "vhe" one and the latter has angled pit boxes. I notice some others do that as well.

28 cars in 20 marked pit boxes.. try a track day ;)

yup because otherwise when they pit the cars are "inside" each other killing immersion, the other solution is to just release the track with only 20 cars, 1 per pit.. but the pitchfork crowd will beat poor vheeth then about "Y no 73 pits?" ;)

Hm, i'm just wondering is it just with me or there is no curb effect on the reboot Bathurst track ? I cant feel anything with a csl elite, on other tracks is ok. :odd:

2007 Le Mans 24 Hour pack.
32 cars with a reasonable spread of LMP1, LMP2, GT1 and GT2 with just 4 cars.
This pack features mainly cars from NEILB1971 packs with the data and physics completely overhauled. The Peugeot 908 HDI FAP is also included and updated along with the Audi R10. The changes to these 2 are tweaks to the AI, aero and pitstop parameters.
The AI will do roughly 10 second stops and any car you drive should be around the same. There are some slight variances between cars which will be more noticeable with damages turn on.
Extension configs are included for most cars for audio and some CSP lights.
Tested with Sol 1.61 and CSP 0.160.

Included also are 2 race grid presets for CM. One that includes the RSS Shadow if you own it. If you don't own the RSS cars then the AG Saleen is included with equivalent performance.
Also one Quick Drive preset for CM (2007lemansqd.cmpreset) to go into you Quick Drive preset folder that sets up a quick race or weekend with the actual date of the race, track (lemans2017), base weather, wind etc, 10 x time multiplier. The weekend is 40 lap race so check the start time be at 10am to allow 5 hours (30 mins) for practice and qualifying. Otherwise the race will start close to night time.
Ne need to uncheck seasonal adjustments. Please turn off New AI behaviour in CSP.

This pack has been months of development and constant testing to ensure they fit together and simulate as best possible the 2007 of Le Mans. There is no requirement for adding weight of power restriction in grid presets. All drivers have AI strength and aggression set in the presets included.
All cars come with a reasonable default setup but there is scope to improve every car through setup adjustments and practice.
Tip: Your race setup for 40 laps will look different to your quick race or qualifying setup. My fastest lap in the 3.30s in the 908 came during the 40 lap race on medium compound tyres.

I recommend using a Lemans weather plan. Included is a modified Sol plan that lengthens the time before weather changes so it fits better with the 10 x time multiplication.
See if you can rewrite history and beat the Audis and win Lemans for Peugeot!

Issues:
Only 32 cars. Could be more but this could be taxing on some systems. Missing is the Lola B06/10 AER and more astons and corvettes. This may get updated later depending on the feedback.
Some of the GT cars are missing some parts which you may notice from the drivers view point but they all look, sound and drive well. You will be amazed how different the 997 is from the original GT pack.
The only GT car with working wipers is the Corvette so for competing in the GT1 class I recommend this car or any of the RSS GT1 cars which run well with the astons and corvettes, The Ferrari 550 Maranello actually ran in 2007 so this or the Lanzo is a good choice.
The Creation CA07 is unfinished model. Headlights are there and project light but don't glow so I added a light in the ext_config that will at least allow you to see the car at night. There is no issue driving this car at night.

1GD download. The car folders are trimmed down to remove unnecessary files and only skins for 2007 plus some extra for you to drive with.
If you already have some of these cars installed and like them as they are then back them up before installing this pack as they will be overwritten!

historic f1 non championship racing track of the 50s and 60s based in sicily
a few versions of this were done for rFactor and GTR2 (likely GTL too)
