Does anyone know how to fix this issue where the smoke particles are not coming out of the wheels as seen in this picture.

A good Career Mode for AC is a wonderful idea. But please, please, please give us more control of the race settings than in GranTurismo. We should be allowed to have a qualifying session, change the AI (number and strength) and the race-length (= laps).

For me the biggest problem of GT-career always was, that you have to start from the last place in the grid and then only have a few laps to get to the top. And the grid was extremly uneven with the most powerful car always starting from the front.

Yah hooo!
New PC collected, fresh build from my guy.
Had i7 4790 now have ryzen 5 3600, and its crazy the extra AI i can have now.
The i7 4790 was great, but now maxing grids and this CPU just breezes AC.
So so chuffed, still got 1060 in there as he is getting a 1070 to fit in next few days and frankly the 1060 is ok, it was the CPU i needed to change.

Thank you to those who gave advice.
Spent last few hours getting everything changed over and so far, touch wood, all seems to have transferd well, was racing with all my mods intact and smiling from ear to ear.
I have the same gpu . I think I need to change as well. Was looking at graphics card but I think I have same problem as you. Glad all is working great for you.

I'm aware of what tracks are out there, and they are from more recent games.

What I would like to know if there is a way to get tracks from those two games as raw, not already made into AC
Lucas Macedo had extracted and uploaded a bunch of the older Forza 3 and 4 tracks for conversion last year but the link is no longer valid, might be worth sending him a FB message to see if he still has them somewhere.
yes this version is quite different, i am improving a lot of things, but no choice i have to sacrifice the version in the showroom for a much better in-game version. And it will allow me to create all versions of the Agera RS / RSR
If you use the correct shaders/materials/textures then there really is no need to sacrifice anything. This isn't aimed at only you but it's an increasingly frustrating trend that CSP extensions are being used as an excuse for not bothering to make a mod properly. If a car is done properly then it'll look good in all situations, the CSP extension should then be an optional extra to add the final spit and polish.

I've missed this 1.1 version (NAGP or ACReboot??) btw (as per Oulton Park) the ext_config on my system is FAR different than the one in previews, so i've made a scratch one adding a lot of features and keep and improved were needed the original settings

so:

Sebring v1.1 [THIS UPDATE WILL REPLACE, BUT NOT DELETE THE CM ONE]


  • New EXT_CONFIG with RainFX, LightFX, GrassFX and seasons
  • New TV Cams
  • New OPTIONAL VAO

for winter season i ALWAYS include the road covered by ice-snow, if someone don't like it, just remove the materials from the list ;)

Got it! I will surely consider that option. Thanks for the suggestion.
 
Wow, that’s really impressive! Basically Monaco in any month of the year, that isn’t April or May. :D

This could also be the ideal base to make a really good 1980s Monaco GP layout too.
haha, I don't know if it will be possible to do a gp race when the circuit is finished, think that there are a lot of things missing, flowerpots (many) parked cars, all the terraces of the port and the gp route.

By the way, the track is a little more advanced than in the video and with the vegetation on the traffic signs and some more detail looks great

Thanks, but it didn't really change much - I think a lot of the trees might need some attention. Hopefully @neil shaw will pop in.
If anyone, let's hope @neil shaw have time to put hands on it i would love to develope a full ext_config and cams for this one. But it need a big work on the trees and also a big shadow removal on the grass (i saw a LOT on banded lines on the grass and not only even i removed the cast shadows via ext_config).

I think there is a problem with the front suspensions of the cars at Sebring (not because of the update).
On any other circuit, with the same settings, when I brake everything is fine, at Sebring the suspensions systematically flash red and are damaged. Sebring is not the only circuit with bumps
I have just tested the Marc Mustang and with a body height of 8,5cm and hardened suspensions, I can't brake hard (but without locking the wheels) without damaging the suspensions.
This does not happen on other tracks. It happens with many other cars.
Where can this problem come from?
 
Could someone please check their Kunos/Masterkey V2 Ferrari 488 GT3 ACC & the sprint version loads - For some reason, both just sit there validating set-up for some reason this is for all tracks (CPS 1.75, latest SOL)

did you tested the track with kunos cars? Have the same problem also with them? Did you have the latest version of the track?
No problem at all with suspension on my side on this track (with or without the update)
