Banshee vs Infurnus vs Cheetah

My Favorite is the Banshee because handling is great,so is the turning,super speed.

Gotta go with the Cheetah. The Banshee is faster off the line, but the Cheetah is way more stable during high speed manuevering. The Banshee is a little tippy by comparison. The Infernus is good, but not as fast as the Cheetah. Not that would stop me from jacking one if I need a car. 😈

BTW: I just finished GTA3 last night! Woohoo!

Don't do the taxi missions the game well make start the game over.

Do the taxi missions, you get access to the Borgnine taxi in Portland, which handles about like the Cheetah, but looks like a red Cabbio and is just a little slower than the Banshee. Very cool car, btw

Just leave one mission left undone, like one of the checkpoint missions or something, because I've seen quite a few people complaining that once they got to 100% the game wouldn't reload right, and they had to start a new game. I don't know much about that though, and it may just be a rumor.


Anyway, back to the subject. The Banshee is the best! At least, it's the funnest (is that a word?), and you can do all kinds of great jumps and stuff with it. After that is the Infernus, then the Cheetah.

No, you are wrong. The Infernus is faster the the Cheetah. I tried driving my Infernus in the Turismo mission and I won against those three Cheetah drivers cuz they drove like lunatics and could not keep up with me.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure DeliveratorTitan is right about the Infernus being faster than the Cheetah. Top Speed anyway. The Cheetah is faster around corners because of its jerky handling. Try that in an Infernus and you'll spin out.

But DeliveratorTitan, just because you beat the cheetah drivers in an Infernus doesn't mean the Infernus is faster, it just means you drove better than the Cheetahs. I beat them in the bulletproof patriot (kept getting blown up by mafia shotguns in anything else), but that doesn't make the Patriot faster than the Cheetahs.

the cheetah seems to have better stablity and top end speed, but the banshee is much more fun to drive and around tight corners can make them if u got skills.

Better stability - exactly! I don't like a car that flops or bounces when I'm weaving through traffic at 100+ MPH.

Its a video game for crying out loud. You guys are making it like these are real cars.

Anyway I like the Banshee the best. It is fast and turns well. Althought both the Cheetah and the Infernus look cooler.

i like the banshee the best for 3 things
1: i use perfect driving (R1,L1,R2,L1,left,R1,R1,triangle)
2: Better engine sound
3:Looks cooler

Hold R1 and hold the gas when at a complete stop let go of the Emergancy Brake(R1 Button) and its a Burnout(Kinda)!!!!!

Out of those 3, I guess I like the banshee the most because it has the best blend of speed and hadling. The Infernus seems to be the fastest of all 3, but the handling is really bad.
But in all honesty, when I'm looking for a car to drive, I seek out a stinger (not necesarily the Yakuza model, but they are just as good) It's fast, and has absolutely the best handling in the game. I always use this car for time critical missions, and am never let down.

Yeah, it does get kind of annoying when you're driving along at high speeds in the Banshee and get sent on a 15 second trip flipping through the air when you're chasing someone.

I just have 7 game saves, one is 100% and it hasn't crashed (it did the first five times though), one without a single taxi mission, one with nothing but the purple nines left, one with the exchange left etc.

I think i agree with you. By the way, every1 arguing over which is fastest I can tell you cause ive done a hell of a lot of street races so i can see straight line speed. Banshee and Stinger have the best acceleration, with the Cheetah just behind. The infernus is slowest to get there but it has the fastest top speed of them all (by quite a lot). If you don't believe me try having a destruction street race with an Infernus as your opponent.

I love the Banshees instability, I can powerslide everywhere and I know its been criticised a lot but i think that makes it better. I agree the stinger and cheetah are more stable but less fun.

In fact after it all i chose the infernus. It is the fastest, powerslides and has a low front bumper for great stunts (1111 degrees any1).
