I've said it before and I'll say it again, PD ALREADY have details of the FG Falcon. They had it for GT5. Fingers crossed they use it for GT6.

Please point me in the right direction! I wanna read/see this. Please!

Two configurations for this circuit :) with The Chase and without The Chase. That would be crazy!

Another chance to watch this amazing real-life One Lap Magic video and celebrate gorgeous Mount Panorama:

Thank you PD.

I had said in many post on here....I work at the blue oval and I have seen this disk that was sent :)

Good news, but not really surprising. The fact that it was hinted at months ago suggested it was going to be in GT6 sooner or later. Having some quality cars or tracks was never a problem of the GT series and this is another trailer that unfortunately doesn't address any core issues. Some of the textures look surprisingly low-quality also.

I guess the AI in GT is true to life after all.

Nice vid. Bathurst will surpass the Nur online. 2+ minutes of joy.

Fantastic to see it fully confirmed for finally, it's about time I went and pre-ordered GT6.

or his HG Monaro GTS......

Now we're talking! If I could choose one Australian car, it would be this.

Here's my favorite lap of Bathurst (especially over the top of the mountain), old but Bathurst hasn't changed all that much since then.

I'm confident we'll be getting a Nissan AV8SC, hopefully on release, but I feel that it'll come in as DLC.

Still have this weekend's running of Bathurst, so more news will hopefully crop up in line with that.

The trailer was beautiful btw! Love the feeling it gave off, superb stuff, that's the sort of style I love.

And while the trailer confirmed day to sunset, it didn't really show night time running, which leaves me a bit concerned, hopefully it is indeed a full sun cycle.

How are people considering that the sounds might be even remotely related to the in-game sounds? PD have been dubbing their trailers since before GT5:P. This is more of the same.

Are you saying the sounds in the trailer are placeholders?

Hopefully they have a stand at Bathurst next weekend. Only 7 sleeps left until the cars hit the track, I'm getting there Tuesday morning. Can't wait!!!!!

Really glad this circuit is in GT6. Still quite intrigued as to what the other 'secret location' is in Australia.

Waaheeeyyyyyyyy finally some new stuff, Stunning trailer and Time changes as well.

PD you nailed the track list, great line up.

Also now That's Bathurst in Forza 5 ,GT6 and I think it was announced recently for iRacing, such a great track that is going to get much more recognition now.

People are saying Albert Park but I'm hoping for Phillip Island.

I'd be happy with either of those two. Both are good circuits. If I was a betting man I'd put money on Albert Park as it's the F1 circuit and more people will know and recognise it over PI.

I personally don't care that much about another Australian circuit, If I had to choose one I would hope for Adelaide street circuit.

Bathurst is what I have always wanted.

Sir, you jiggle my funnybone. :D

All other things being equal, Albert Park would probably be the better choice.

It's made more difficult that it's only actually set up for a week each year, and the rest of the time most of it is pretty busy mid-city streets. Tough to scan, or even take reference photos of. You're not going to get the track to yourself for any length of time except at night, the schedule for that weekend is too tight.

Maybe they could do their data collection as the streets are being set up the week before, but that probably has it's own set of problems.

PI on the other hand is out at the arse end of nowhere, down by where all the penguins live. It's a popular circuit, but I doubt they'd find much difficulty hiring it for a couple of days to do whatever they needed to do.

Personally I'd prefer Philip Island, but they're both decent tracks.

I really hope for the Adelaide street circuit. The Albert Park is a bit of boring circuit to me, also in a F1 car. Phillip Island would be great but it's more common for motorcycling so I doubt it will be in. Maybe Eastern Creek or Surfers Paradise will be in, but only time will tell...

This will probably be the only track I'll continually do infinite laps to replicate 161 Laps in Arcade Mode. Forget my earlier posts, I'm confident now, that we'll get V8s. We have to. Holden already have their cars in the game and Im aure theyd love to have the VF in GT6. PEPSI wouldn't be against displaying the FPR Falcon in this world renowned game. NISSAN had GT:A drivers in the Altimas and are preparing those same drivers for an assault for next years Bathurst 1000. And PD really dont need need Mercedes-Benz permission to do the E63 as its technically classified as an Erebus Motorsport V8 Supercar. He, if theyre not on the list December 6then, whatever. But I believe they will be.

I agree with that. Albert Park would be quite difficult to scan and photograph but then again, Monaco is in GT and that is fairly detailed so they would have had to scan that too.
Before I came to GTP I'd never heard of Philip Island whereas the Albert Park circuit I had so there would be a lot of players in the same boat, especially outside of Australia.

As we have the 7 new tracks for launch announced now, I wouldn't really hold my breath for another OZ track announcement. But maybe a course creator scenery...

Remember there was an "Indy 500" event in GT5 which consisted of sportscars. Just because a track has a marquee event does not mean that PD will include cars that are most associated with the circuit.
