Yes, I did refer to it earlier, it's in the Console & PC Gaming and I'm going to jump out the BC2 discussion in this thread now by answering your question. Yes it's one of the vehicle perks, any vehicle points contribute to ALL vehicle unlocks, you can use 1 at a time, so having the machine gun on the UAV (and say an extra one on a tank to) means you can't have extra armour.

Also, how do people shoot the machine gun style bullets from the uav? I'm guessing its a unlock feature for scoring with it?

From the demo...I think it was RB...I am stressed from MW2..I wanted to get everything for every gun and I was almost finished until my nephew wanted prestige for another class...

I'll give you the heads up now, that you create a text chat for yourselves to make any game plans as you learn the levels. 2 good aims and a slower pace will still get you through for the most part, but sometimes you need at least some sort of plan.
 
I have not really started tackling any of the Spec Ops, so I would be up for it.
 
Yeah I was just gonna suggest Text Chat. Most of the time I've done Spec Ops has been split screen with a friend but whenever I run missions online I use Text Chat. Sure it's not as good as headsets but it still does the job.

I have had a week or just a hair bit over a week break now myself. I was almost complete with several 10k challenges and with it being my 2nd prestige at I think level 13 I really didn't want to waste them when soon I can get double xp because of the double xp deal that is coming with the map pack. That and the fact I was just tired of it because of problems within the game. I did try COD4 again a little bit ago, its really funny to go back to it for me because of several reasons. One was the graphics, as I was looking through my classes the guns and all just looked like silly cartoons compared to MW2, also there was the deal with me trying to wait for my harrier at 7 kills, and then there was the fact that it is way harder to kill someone on COD4. I was just putting bullet after bullet into people and I would stop shooting too soon and get killed because as you know in MW2 it doesn't take but a fraction of the bullets to kill compared to COD4, its just silly how many it takes in COD4:crazy: And also in COD4 the sniper rifles are much more accurate when quick scoped or no scoped, I had the typical no scope perks on and the first no scope was a head shot at a good 200 yards away ( compared to real life distance that is ) I think after all the no scoping madness/silliness that occurred in COD4 they made the snippy riffles in MW2 less accurate when fired from the hip because in COD4 I usually hit 60% of my no scope attempts, in MW2 its more like 30% for me, and I'm talking at distance not standing against them sort of deal. I also found myself looking for perks that aren't in the game.....
 
Interesting, I find in COD 4 it's EASIER to kill people. I'm guessing with certain guns it will take longer on COD4 though, but the ones I use - the M16 and P90- all kill quicker in COD 4 in my opinion. Especially the P90 - it isn't nearly as powerful in MW2 as it is in COD, hense why I think people don't tend to use it a lot in MW2 and do in COD4.

I was using my trusty silenced MP5 and I swear I had put at least 6 rounds into this bigfoot looking sniper's back and I stopped and then he turned and popped me:grumpy: I also noticed that on COD4 if you don't have stopping power on the guns just seem to "shoot rubber bands" as A6 says:sly:

Agreed. M16, especially. On P90, I don't notice much difference. Maybe by a bit.

I went back, just for handful of games few weeks ago. When I switched to MW2, it felt so familiar, yet, when I went back to CoD4, it took me few tries to figure out the claymores! I call in the airstrike, then I start freaking out because the harrier didn't show up with it. :lol:

The game was so easy though. I started pwning almost right away. I figure it's mostly CoD noobs on the "4".

When it starts shooting rubber bands, it's the connection, dude. And yes, I do say that a lot. Sometimes, I cry "it's shooting bb's!". followed by "not fair!".

It kind of is. MW2, it just spoils you with powerful secondary weapons, super power perks, stopping power being fully optional(wut!?). Don't even get me started on the kill streak rewards. And how about shooting down the air support? Remember having to use RPGs? I have never hit an chopper with an RPG, true story. :lol:
 
To quote a review tagline.

"It's COD4 made a bit worse, unless you're about 9 (or very casual/arcade orientated). Good but not great, additions provide imbalance between players"

I believe this line, things like streak rewards make good players awesome and bad players just get messed up even more then ever before yet they also get more noob tricks to annoy people like Commando, things that are fun to have but suck to be against. Story of MW2, the things most people enjoy the most addition wise, hate the most at the same time.

Then again I would agree with the review, I wrote it.

Guess who's coming back to X360? For this week? lol I done completed the 2.30 k/d challenge, so just in time for the new map pack(end of this month, right?), I will now be on the 2.10 k/d challenge on the XBL. :D

Finally! I don't have anybody to jam with but you mate:tup: The other guy I played with whom I have been best friends with for a little over 20 years now all of the sudden acts like a complete dick so I don't talk to him anymore, he is still on my xbl list and I joined his match the other day and proceeded to stomp him and then also the next match and then he quit, thats usually what happens with him because he is just plain horrible at the game. He runs around with blinders on getting killed non stop, he plays just like Ken Burton, if you don't know who that is look up his videos on youtube, Ken is a great guy but he is crap at the game...lol. And yes A6, the map pack for us comes out March 30th!
 
Hehe... Ken Burton is funny. Half the time when he gets killed he's like "how did that happen?" :lol:

3/30, I gotta remember that. I better get the XBL points card thing, too. I already have the $20 one on hand for PSN, which hopefully should be around the end of April? When I'm back on XBL, I hope my adjustment to X360 controller goes swiftly.

By the way, I sort of play with the blinders on, too. I assume a lot, it's a bad habit!

Edit: Oh my god, what is the point of this guy, Ken Burton? With you two mentioning his name, I had to go check out the vid. He says dumb things, doesn't even try to play, I can think of million better ways to waste my time!

Edit 2: I think I'll get on for a couple of TDMs, before I hit the sack. If you are on XBL, feel free to join me! :)

The worst thing about Ken Burton is that he regularly makes videos for Machinima/Machinima Respawn, meaning you get a fresh dose of fail every week... :lol: Oh well, at least Machinima Respawn also has guys like Blame Truth, Seananners, GUNNS4HIRE, Spiderbite etc to alleviate the pain :D
 
I find Ken Burton very annoying, partly because his humour is simply not funny at all but mainly because he is just plain stupid alot of the time. Not in the way he plays by all means there's nothing wrong with not being good at the game but he just asks and says so many stupid things. 'Why didn't I kill that guy I poured a whole mag into him?' Answer, your whole mag was about 5 metres to the left in a tree son. You'd think he'd watch his own damn video to know that. As you say though, there's plenty of other, more informed directors on Machinima who know what they're talking about without being overconfident.
