The full name of the car is Porsche 911 GT1. So it has something to do with 9. :sly:
 
Just because it has a 9 in it doesn't mean it should be posted. We need to keep the numbers relevant. If we want to play that game, I'll go post a picture of a random chick that has a 9 in her credit card number that she had 10 years ago..............get my point?

Not just car related, but a bit more related to the number of days left, rather than just that number being a small part of the name. If that were the case, we could post almost anything from now until the end.

So be it, but don't you agree with me? If I posted a car today because it has a 9 in it's VIN is that cool to go with the countdown? Relevance, this thread should have some right? It wasn't your idea to countdown with images anyway.
 
[iAMgt5]If you find an image on the internet, just use the INSERT IMAGE option when you're posting. If you need to first upload a file of your own, use a website like tinypic.com. Once the file's uploaded, you'll be given a link that you can then use in the 1st step I mentioned.

Yes, everyone knows that GT5 players are living all over the world, but this caused much mayhem and confusion due to different timezones and release dates. This thread would have 10 different numbers being posted as the countdown within a few hours of each other.

Therefore, we made a gentlemen's agreement (GA) to use the GT5 counter in the first post. Yes, it is not perfect, but it works very nicely!
