Sounds like you're just a dirty racer and can't accept that fact.
I'm not sure if you can't read or something, but I literally said I've been B B for most of the time where the racing is clean... but okay... and I'm on a controller most of the time. O where did I indicate I was a dirty driver aside from a few mistakes...Enjoy your assumptions.

Can't expect much from a new guy with only 2 posts.

After a rough week, I chose to run Thunderdome because I really like the Gr. 3 cars. And here are the results:

The video for the win is probably the most awesome scrum I've been in.

@Sven Jurgens, Gr.1 at Lemans is one of the toughest no-quali races. First of all the closer to the front you start, the better odds of having the people around know how to brake for the chicanes and Mulsanne corner. Secondly, the top 3 or 4 don't have to deal with the chicane before the start.

Any prediction for the N300 car for race B, tomorrow?

Racing sure is cleaner in SR.B than SR.S on a Sunday afternoon. The big advantage of SR.B is better matchmaking. It's A+ to D in SR.S, way too much speed and skill difference with the penalty zone mixing people up. Backfield in SR.S isn't easy, lovely challenge though, still at 99 SR :) But yes, much cleaner drivers at SR.B, A/S is full contact racing a lot of the times.

Yeah, I usually get rear ended in the chicane before the start. Starting last rarely happens on that track with the huge DR spread in SR.S and a lot of people thinking they can jump the line in T minus 1. Always a good challenge!

I have no idea what cars are in N300, hoping for something fast! Does it have a Porsche. Hopefully it's something slidy, a good challenge and fun to watch half the field slide off the track

Surely it's not tougher than Tokyo East :odd: I could go aggressive on lap 1 and almost inevitably get a penalty, or slowly rise up through the pack; either way, I'd end up with about 15 seconds delta to the leader once I was finally on my own. Sometimes I couldn't even break free because of the 1.2s slipstream. I think this week's race C will at least be more enjoyable. :)

My prediction for race B is the Lancer Evo X.

I got a win in the Gr.4 Mustang. It's always been quick. Plus, it's off-throttle handling is second to none(probably neck and neck with the Scirocco).

I haven't really critiqued the Mustangs. All I know is I tend to do better in them than any other. I have 4 Gr. 4 wins & 2 Gr. 3 wins in the pony. Over the last couple of weeks, I have been paying attention more to the handling of several cars as I attempt to qualify better. I feel like I've gotten better at feeling the FR cars at the expense of other layouts. The Corvette used to be the wild card. Front engine, rear drive, but with the transaxle behind the driver, it tended to drive like a MR. Lots of understeer if you don't slow down enough for a corner, but could swing the tail quickly if you tried to trailbrake. It used to be my go to car, but not anymore.

Well, I think I’m done for the week, got stuff to do this afternoon. I spent most of my time doing Race C, and overall it was pretty good to me. All said and done I think I picked up about 10 wins, about the same number of fastest laps, upper my Laps Lead % from 8 to 10, and got my DR from 10k to almost 29k. SR is a completely different story, it’s basically a tragic comedy, but we’ll work on that next week

I tried almost every car in Gr4, like I said before the Mustang was a pleasant surprise, but all said and done the Jaaaag was my favourite. Managed to get my quali time down to 2:08.570, and my fastest race lap all week was a 2:09.6xx that I did in the Jag.

I know a lot of people don’t like the Tokyo tracks, but the East layouts are my two favourite tracks in the game. They remind me of an old school circuit, and although the walls can be a problem sometimes, it’s more down to stupid drivers. I had some amazing wheel to wheel battles with randoms all week, 2 wide through any corner on the track. Really fun slip stream battles too.

The fact that you think B SR is clean just strengthens my point. No one wants to race in <A SR lobbies, but do what you want man.

The fact that you think all B SR drivers are not actual good drivers strengthens the point of just how broken the penalty system is. There are good drivers out there that find themselves matched with less skilled drivers who like to "bump draft" (which lowers the front car's SR unfairly) or worse, they can't drive well & just push other driver's off. Believe me, I've seen almost everything PD has done wrong:

-- Following driver punts lead driver into a wall (2 sec. penalty)
-- Following car tries to pass & doesn't give room causing other car to go off track but quickly return to the track (5 sec. penalty) :irked:
-- Following car intentionally brakes late & slams another car off into the sand (no penalty)

I've seen all of these happen & can tell you, the penalties do not fit the crimes. You shouldn't judge people & their skill based upon your own metrics.

Last race at the Red Bull Ring capped the week with great gains. I have now caught up with my losses and ended the week with net gains.
Im also sharing a strange penalty from one if the races today. The car that in turn 3 wobbled and hit me and bounced off track ... guess who got 2 seconds .

Strange penalty
