Good to see that your quitting smoking, I don't want you to die on me from lack of air when you make it out here. Your a big guy and I wouldn't want to have to leave you on the mountain for the animals to get at you! But, if ya do, I'll make sure that I take good care of Bird for you! haha! j/k

Right.... have been down the pub, for my work lunchtime Birthday thing (it's a tradition here at the company i work with) 5 pints of stella artois (5.1%) later and still no ciggie....

I now have a set of Chinese Worry balls to play with..... No comments guys!

It was tough there for a while to quit drinking. Not a day goes by that I don't think of having a drink, but it's got a lot easier as the years go by. I think of the way that I used to be and feel, and that usually cures me of having a drink, plus, I have too much to loose now, like my life, if I go back to drinking.

Just think of that!

Well I told you guys I smoke about a pack a week. Well now I hardly smoke at all.

One reason is I don't keep a pack on me, I don't wanna get introubles with rents.

Btu everytime I'm with somebody that has them I smoke.


So I hardly smoke, but if I was with someone everyday who had them I would smoke daily...so it all depends on the day.

No offense to you at all troy, but this drives me crazy! I can't stand it when people just bring there habit to the smoking area. It seems like alot of people try this method of:

"well, if I don't buy them, I won't smoke as much and if I want one, I'll just bum one from somebody."

True, you might not smoke any of your own, you just smoke other peoples cigarettes. The people that have paid for there increasingly expensive pack of cig's.

If someone is gonna quit, quit. Stop smoking everyone elses cigarettes.

Quick update on my attempts to give up.....

Well had a bit of a relapse on Wednesday, but in my defence i was watching England do really badly against Macedonia in the European Football Championship qualifiers....

Woke up Thursday feeling really pissed off with myself and haven't had a smoke since.

Big test this weekend as I'm going to Sheffield for Bird's birthday and everyone up there smokes so I'll have a hard time, I'm gunna try and get through Friday and Saturday (during the day) clean but i'm pretty sure i'll fail on Saturday night.
