It's quite cool even thought it is again only instrumental.

According to Kicktraq they will make like 200000$ if the pledges stay at this level, I know they won't but I think 50000$ is a realistic mark the game will cross and maybe people are just wondering why they should pledge if the initial goal is reached and they didn't said anything about what they'll do with additional money. Sometimes stretch goals make people pledge (more). On the other hand, what should they add more? They have all game-modes you'd want (including OutRun-Style) and an online- and offline-multiplayer :D

Anyway, I'm curious about some other rewards as I really want to pledge more but not just for a bunch of stickers which I will never use because they're too cool :D One of the devs mentioned on Twitter that they're thinking about making more billboards available.

Totally awesome news. Well I've hooked everything up now so I'm playing with a PS3 pad via a MacBook into my Amp and 46" TV!!

Totally transforms the game playing a big screen, helps with positioning the car.

Edit.

I'm not sure what other rewards would make me increase my backing. If they brought out some enamaled pin badges or a die cast version of one of the cars that would be great.

I've noticed quite a few people want a CD version of the soundtrack; being a collector of vinyl and record of the OST would be great.

I want a die-cast DR30

Yea, a physical soundtrack and/or game would make me increase my pledge

That is one great setup you have, I can't imagine how good the game must look with that. A 46 inches TV must really showcase the unique design style of the game... 👍

Also, I am currently listening to RUN (the Eurobeat song) right now, and I must say, I am really impressed. It's like Outrun and Initial D got together and decided to make an Eurobeat song with some slices of classic synth. It's both a modern (from the Eurobeat side) and an old (from the classic synth) child, and it's another stellar job by Mr. Myrone.

Now I wonder what musics we will listen to when another demo of the game comes...

Speaking of music, I'd also agree that a psyhical soundtrack would be a great addition if they could make it a reality. The man responsible for the World of Longplays channel also requested that when he backed the game. And man, would that boost the profit...

Did anyone say 1080p screenshots?

It's so much better than playing on a smaller screen. Luckily the MacBook has HDMI out so its one cable to Amp then to TV.

The Eurobeat track they published is great, so far though I love the chilled music from the Pause screen.

The game looks so much smoother in 1080p, it's ridiculous. And it's the freakin' alpha demo! Imagine when they spruce up the graphical engine...

Guess MacBooks have neat perks for situations like these. Go figure, it's very simple to plug it to the TV and play.

Man, all the songs have been great so far, in their own different way. Picking just one favorite is an incredibly tough job. I love the Eurobeat\Rock hybrid that is RUN, the smooth song that is NET, and the main theme song of the game itself. This soundtrack is right up there with Double Dragon NEON's soundtrack in terms of general quality, it is so much bigger than the sum of its parts...

yeah, the soundtrack is really important for the popularity of the game.
I hope my Laptop will be able to replay the game with 60fps. It does that in alpha does but I'm not sure about the full game :nervous:

Super Systems have a fine taste in cars. :D

They could represent 4WD drifting by adding the Audi Sport Quattro, but I'd also wish for the Subaru XT6. Both would be a great fit for the theme.

Who knows, perhaps an Impreza would be more likely for a 4WD car, but that's me. And Super System did say that they would try to incorporate cars from the '70's, '80's, and the '90's. So almost everything from those eras may show up. Who knows?

The M3 is a great addtion, even if it is in Grey. :)👍

I didn't know about Wangan Midnight, thanks for bringing it to my attention.

My real reason is I just adore the car. :D

The Dome is a pretty underwhelming car, even for a door stop. Lol

And at least the Isuzu piazza is rwd

Eh, I beg to differ on that one. It is no 600-hp Lamborghini, but it's unique and nimble. Sure, there are better cars, but every game needs its oddball...

Yes, that is important for a drifting game, having a RWD layout. Although we should not write the 4WD cars out of the picture just yet.

Niku, did you sent a tweet to the devs? :D

A few, yes. :) Just wondering if they had received my email about my review of the demo.

I take it that you follow the game's Twitter page? Otherwise you wouldn't ask that question, haha. :sly:
