First impressions are pretty good, the graphics have improved immensely, Handling has improved, you can now go through some corners with DRS open where in '11 you couldn't, the Wiliiams feels pretty good, a great improvement so far, menu's are spectacular, I could sit and look at that sexy MP4-27 all day :lol:
 
Nice Fezz, going to download it now! So now you can go through corners with DRS open, does that mean the slower cars have more grip than in '11?
 
It feels like the cars have ever much more grip, but they could all just handle like the McLaren, for some reason the cars feel like they have enough power when you use KERS you really feel the car struggle for speed once you aren't using KERS they feel like they have no torque, this might change once you're able to choose your engine map in the full game
 
I'm impressed! :drool: Feels amazing!! I put the settings to hard and had a blast! Really liked how the others defended. One time I tried to overtake Rosberg and I was in the inside, but he managed to stay on the outside and got the inside on the next corner :bowdown: Didn't saw that in F1 2011!
 
Haha youuu!! Expert is good enough for me for now :( My dad asked me if I could send him a replay of me playing, I'll put it here so you can give me some advice :D
 
What downforce setting were you on? I was using the lowest downforce setting the car still feels good, couldn't see anything wrong with your lap

I also noticed how smooth the steering is in F1 2012, in '11 it's pretty shocky in cornering. And in slower speeds the feedback is much better..
 
The graphics are great! Still getting used to the physics, though.

EDIT- I was thinking about Forza Planet F1 League??? :D
 
Very different. The turning is so touchy compared to what I am used to. I can see the potential for fun, definitely need to tweak the wheel settings and find something I can manage. I did play 2010 when it came out, I liked the details but didnt understand the rules and such, perhaps I will venture into 2012 to see if I can conquer another racing title.................by conquer I mean have fun while placing last all the time.LOL
 
Had a quick go with a pad, can't wait to try it with my wheel. F1 by code masters has always had brilliant force feed back

Well Codemasters said they took out World Championship mode (race as a driver throughout the season). Not career mode, though. They removed it because people said they never played. it. :rolleyes:

I also have it pre ordered for the 360. I must try out the demo sometime this week.
