Apparently at random, this boat is scrutineered after the race and later the owner was given a "20 second penalty of talking to Bernie Ecclestone". When asked about it, a certain driver labelled it as "a fricking joke" and pointed blame at the boats colour.

This was later misinterpreted as the driver defending some poor driving earlier that day.
