okay, it's difficult but not that hard. Take the X2010 to SSR7 in a one-make race and link 2 - 3 drafts with downforce turned all the way down and crank the gears way up. To like top speed 360-370. It hit 350 MPH for like half a second. I suggest turning sensitivity to be put on -2 since the slightest touch will instantly crash the car. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dlx-gMZdl-4 (This is not my video)

576 KM/H on SSR7... Decent draft from other X1's... With more draft im sure I could get higher speed though...

But I could not be bothered trying to get higher...

SSR7 and Indy SuperSpeedway, I've hit 317mph in an X1 while catching an insane draft. A decent draft usually puts me at about 311mph

about 288mph in lotus Esprit while tandem drafting with my brother (took alot of pratise)
might of been higher, wasn't paying full attention to speedo. normal terminal speed isabout 235mph. =P

Hi, I used Seb. Vettel's Red Bull X1 around Indy and with draft, I hit 310 Mph...Looks like Seb. might win the F1 world championship in Singapore next Sunday (25th Sept.) ....have fun.

Did the "wing wheelie" trick with my X from the dealership and got 568kmh without drafting, and it bounced off the redline, so perhaps there's more in it.
(So far this is the only thing I've found any use for with the X series, as with only a DS3 to pilot the thing I find it completely uncontrollable for circuit use)

(EDIT: Scratch that, same trick down the Mulsanne straight - 589KMH!!)

has anyone been able to get the stock veyron to its claimed factory top speed? I tried at the ss and i could only get to 391, at around 380 the wing detract by itself, I assume to enter the top speed mode?

The spoiler goes up at 140mph (224kph), and goes down to "top speed" mode at 230mph (368kph) and the top speed with a default transmission setting is 261mph in a slipstream of about 3 other Veyrons. I tested it going down La Sarthe No Chicanes.

I did 432kph with a stock Fiat500 xD (ok I was pushed by a X1)
And 385kph reverse in the same Car.
Scary as Hell :D

I've once tried it out with my friend when he came to my house having some pastime with the Gran Turismo too. Amazed to see the 500's speed limiter easily going beyond the limit running about 360 kilometers per second with a shove by the X1 and that was a horrendous scene on a track, in bumping against the car it flew in the air rotating itself - like a huge dice dropping into the ground. Too dangerous if there were spectators around the fence.
