I'm down for a practice session right now. I raced Denilson in his MX-5 TC with our old car with a fair bit more power and... got destroyed, but it was cool to share the track at least xD

The NC should be able to hit up our new TC's a bit harder though.

Considering this is a "spec series" with regard to no tuning of suspension, aero, transmission etc. I am super excited!

I know the list is full, but please let me know if I can sign up as a reserve driver for Division 1.

Thanks Chris!

Nick

P.S. - Great job hanging in there in the final W2W race at GT-A Silverstone. To do so well with such limited real-world seat time is a major accomplishment. Well done, and I'm impressed.

Tried mx-5 on sport mediums, I like it feels good did a 1'38.492 on seca think I could get 1'37 with more practice but. Don't know if that really means anything to you guys but as I've not really raced with many of you. Did test with no tuning thing on and had completely stock.

Awesome Forced, do you have time on Sundays now? It would be an absolute BLAST to have you running in there with us!

And +1 to the GTA comment, amazing job RT 👍

On-topic: Once we all get our DLCs and whatnot, when will we meet up for some practicing and a photo session for the proposed pictures that were to be taken?

Could that... possibly be his username? If so... I feel bad for him rather then laughing.

...

Now I'm laughing.

No, I meant that as a reply to your picture! but you can laugh lol

That's twice now I've been confused with someone else.

Sadly, I'm not who you think I am. :(

Chris... Jason... whatever, you're still one of the top 16 GT5 drivers in North America (minus Kanannada). :)

haha! Oh man, sorry! That was 3Wide. Still Jason, great job giving it your best in the competition. You left it all out there like the others. Take your experience and run with it!

Edit- so am I on the reserve list then?

Haha I'll look forward to it, thanks! Sunday's will now actually be "possible" to race in now that the driving season track/autocross is over (last event in November) here in New England. The later on Sunday the better, generally speaking. But I'll definitely be making it to a ton of races now that the whether will be getting crappier and crappier.

I never got a reply on a possibility of a switch with drivers for divisions.

I just want to know if it's possible that's all.

That'd be the one, although there's a certain someone that would be willing to switch with you if you're so inclined.

Thanks turbo this thread moves so fast during the day. If I want to keep up I have to spend an hour to get a day of posts.

Turbo, I'm curious about the reserve list. I'm trying to figure out what my chances are of getting into these races, but I'm not sure where I am on the list or how reserve system will work. If it's too early to know this information then fair enough, but if you have some ideas please share them with me.

Thanks.

There's only a few names on the D1 reserves list at the moment, and you're first in line. Basically I'm going to send PM's out to everyone the Friday before each race letting me know if they are 100% in. If I don't receive a response by Sunday morning or they cannot attend, then I'll start contacting reserves.

Edit: I'm going to do this ONCE before the season starts, and if people doesn't respond they will officially be replaced with reserve drivers.

Also, SpyHunter dude! Just noticed you were on the registration list. :dopey:

You'll need to change your number as #84 is already taken. Edit: PM sent.

Just edited the second post in this thread with info about drivers being replaced should they decide to not show up.

Once this starts up, I'll try my best to let you know if I can show-up. I just hope I won't be able to make it on the Twin Cities and Spa courses!

900 posts... wow.
