Well, it does confirm a new fantasy track. I don't think the Alps is set in Japan, at least I hope so.![]()
Not a new track, Fujimi Kaido from FM1 and 3.

I don't know Forza sites nor their news sites, that's why I've asked for some news, there's no need to be such an a*****.
Basically he said they thrown away old tyres data for a new one, with new slip angle values I guess. but what about suspensions? That was the main problem of FM3, cars sticked to the ground with no bouncing at all, too flat. Do they add CAD data for suspensions this time?
Covering that single case is still complicated enough. Doubt we're gonna get weather in Forza 4, for that reason alone.Has anyone thought that the custom tyre test data might precisely be for different weather conditions? Or perhaps it's for better behaviour relative to changing tyre pressures. Most racing games use fairly constant conditions, so the test data need only cover that single case...
Any new info in there?
I can feel your pain.Any new info in there?
HELLAFLUSH240SXLooks amazing
Has anyone else preodered with Amazon?
100 bucks total with shipping, I havent pulled the trigger yet.....I really want that Scooby
IIRC, that was all just marketing hype during the video & the only thing shown during the phrase was really just the backfire of the exhaust.O, one thing, I remember in the first leaked trailer they talked about "Holywood-style visuals and effects during race" but I didn't notice any so far. Something like blackouts or anything.
Weren't there already more than 26 ALMS cars in Forza 3 ?The most stunningly realistic racing circuits and cars that fans know and love from the ALMS, including Sebring, Road Atlanta, Road America, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, and 26 ALMS cars
So guys let's discuss the new lighting engine...

Yup, in all shown videos up until now, there are no spectators, at all.I guess they are saving on the details....such as...there are no FANS watching the race in Forza 4.
Must be give and take. Today's console's are getting pretty limited since they are so outdated. But then again, when you have spectators in GT that look like this, I don't think we really need them, lol.

Edit : Some trackside details seem to have been lost as well.
Obviously. Still, that's the kind of trade-off which may not turn out really well in the final product. Running on deserted tracks may feel really weird. Such may be the 30fps mirror, for that matter. We'll see.I think they've done that too improve on the graphics. The spectators in Forza are HIGHLY detailed. I think it helps too keep te framerate and others graphical stuff in 60fps sync.
I know you can import your livery groups. I think they also said something about getting some cars based on what cars you have in your FM3 garage.Hey, anybody know more details about the Forza 3 profile import to Forza 4? Like just what do Forza 3 racers get?

I don't mind the lack of spectators, most PC Sims don't even have them. They add nothing to the game, it also feels weird having a full grandstand for a 5 lap race with slow cars.
