Driving physics without any assists

Tire smoke (try to create as much as possible to see the limit of how much is possible and how long it lingers) *a video would be nice*

Check the braking to see if its really easy to lock the brakes up without abs like it is in FM3. :yuck:

Last but not least, HAVE FUN. 👍

Chris, you have load cell brake?

Chris, you have load cell brake?

No, just the standard Fanatec pedals. I may invest in those new CSR Elite pedals though. It's probably going to have to wait awhile though. I must say I haven't had as much of a problem locking them up with these pedals as I did with the MS pedals though. Just still can't brake quite as hard as I want to without locking them up in Forza.

CSP would ensure no more lock ups.
Something to save up for in the future mate.

Have you lowered you brake pressure in the tune?

ForzaMotorsport.net forums down for anybody else?

Camino Viejo and Rally Di Positano up on Forza track pages.

I wish they would stop trying to trick us into thinking there is motion blur like crazy in the game.

If there was no motion blur in that first image, It would probably still look good though.

You won't know the extent of motion blur until you see it on your tv.

Positano looks beautiful.

I was going to post those too but wasn't sure if it was new or not.

Two things.

They've used a MUCH higher quality background for Viejo and Positano looks so much nicer now all the rocks and scenery aren't a horrid yellow colour.

Oh, and if Positano is cut, why rename the short track?

I just noticed they had the track types listed underneath the picture :S

Also, it looks like there is no Entire Top Gear track, just the figure 8 :(

Wat?

they got rid of the long one? :(

Camino's overhaul is very extensive, An entire mountain in the second shot has been removed. That hairpin used to sit right under it in it's shadow.

The extreme circuit of Camino Viejo just should not exist.

Will be getting a chance to play this on Friday, anything you guys want me to try out while I have it in my hands? Anything to find out nd give feedback on?

Can you check if Forza 4 is as forgiving as Forza 3. Can you get away with doing this with no assists like in Forza 3.

Drive recklessly but still and try and control the car. Also try going full throttle through corners without any progession while driving smoothly and see if it stays planted. It shocked me you can do all this in Forza 3, hopefully with the new simulation mode in Forza 4 they have made the driving experience more raw.

I am sure Forza 4 will not be as forgiving as FM3. Jump to 9:40 and 1:26.I am really confident on their new tire model.

I am glad to see it.

I am still baffeled by the lack of proper hand motions. Seriously...whats so hard to make the drivers hands go beyond 180 degrees....

I know its minute, but it bothers me to no end.

I never thought FM3 looked bad in any area, but the improvements made to these two tracks just in testure, lighting and effects are mind boggling.

Wow they really messed up Camino. The hairpin looks completely out of place without the hill next to it. And the entire background environment or road is on a really odd angle now. They've also messed up the kerbing in the second shot too.
Still looking forward to it but they've made some strange decisions. I'll miss the spectators.

I have to completely disagree with you. Most of Camino's first sections were completely in shadow, it's now going to be completely opened up. It'll also make a nice chage, almost be like racing on a different track.

I can't wait to see what Iberian and Ladera look like. Going off the map on the World tour images, there is a giant lake in the center of Iberian now in place of a rocky pit.

The absence of spectators on all these shots is getting alarming.

How can you mess a phantasy track up, anyways? :odd:

If that's Forza 4's biggest issue, I dare say thaat we're looking at one mighty fine game...

And these are the individuals who complain. Incorrect road angles? Hairpin out of place?

You do realize directly above your post are comparison shots and the tracks are identical besides upgraded graphics, textures, backgrounds.

And Luminis hit the nail on the head. Mess up a fantasy track? Really?

I don't know why I even bother anymore.

Quit complaining; you haven't even played the game yet.

Odd that the website shows no reverse version of the Extreme Circuit. :odd:
