I think it would be better with sports hard and no AI, so we can race as well. Trust me, high hills with corners on the aso are hard to drift and with comford hard it will take way longer to finish the races. Or we should do CM or CS.
 
OH MAH GAWD! I just created a touge track on the Tuscana track editor and took a Stock Class Spec rx7 FC around it at night and OMG!!! its so fun! I can't wait for you guys to join me. Trust me, the Comfort Softs are plenty for a car with less than 250hp. still driftable, yet under control. I'll be on doing it all night if you guys want to join my lobby in an hour or so
 
Lol, also try de aso. It has killer hills.
 
Yeah i did that too, but it has weak corners....they arent twisty enough. But I am loving the hills. It's a good beginner track because the curves arent so rapid.

Wow that touge lobby was the most fun i've had in a long time on GT5. I can't wait to get competitions going!!
 
Yeah I know! I think I'll be hosting a Stock Class Competition sometime next week. Probably on the same track that we were doing tonight. I'm thinking it will be an 8 man bracket. But for it to work, Everyone will have to cooperate thoroughly and we have to make sure that our cars are stock class spec to keep it fair.

Classes should be organized by Power, so at least everything is a bit fair
 
I think it'll be good to have a benchmark of laptimes as well, different cars perform differently. This might help promote a more fair matchmaking.

For Example:

Tsukuba Lap Time:
Class S: <1:00
Class A: 1:00-1:05
Class B: 1:05-1:10
Class C: >1:10

Modified to fit the beginner class in the OP. I have about 950 kg and 222 bhp. I need tuning that was just a quick 5 minute run. Am I right that a supercharger will give me a much stable output?

Yeah, I think this will allow you to still drive your favourite car in the right particular class. If not, there's usually a few 'best' cars within a hp/PP class.
