I was just having the same issue happening in my lobby I hosted. Was a Gr3 event, 6 laps, at Yas Marina. The leader would always disappear from the lobby just after the start of a new lap.
Awesome when it's the lobby host and the whole thing crashes

The newly–added Mazda Spirit Racing Roadster 12R '25 has a roll cage that can be painted in the Livery Editor. However, painting the roll cage has no effect on the car's appearance.

As the roll cage appears to be identical to the one used by the Roadster NR-A '22, I wonder if the NR-A's roll cage not being able to be painted is also a bug.

Additionally, in the Livery Editor, the default camera positions for the 12R when projecting from the front, rear, and roof are off–centre, being slightly to the car's right.

The red line on the car's body depicts the camera's default position, and the blue line depicts where the centreline should be. The purple line on the car's bonnet and windshield banner are properly centred, represented with a purple line in the above picture. There are other cars with this centring issue, although I only know of the Giulia GTAm as an example.

I hope these issues can be resolved when the car is updated to allow for tuning and disclosing its specs, because the 12R is fantastic fun when being driven.
I'm happy to report that the default camera positioning for the 12R in the livery editor is now properly centred.

However, the roll cage still does not change appearance even when painted.

Haven't seen this mentioned, but in custom lobbies whoever is in the lead disconnects at or shortly after the finish line. One after another. I've seen 5 laps 5 people disconnected. Happened tonight at yas, Canada and laguna.

I'm in a lobby where this is happen consistently. I have only seen it happening non Yas Marina though.
Edit: I've just experienced it on Villeneuve too.

Gr.3, Yas Marina
Gr.3 CGV (Villeneuve)
During the race, the player in P1 gets disconnected at the end of a lap.
As an observer, P1 gets disconnected shortly after the start of the lap.
As a player, my game crashes milliseconds before reaching the start/finish line. Maybe half a car length.

It doesn't happen to every player. It doesn't happen in every race, even within the same lobby. It actually seems like it might depend on which player is in front, since it happens to me consistently in the lobby. It looks like it happened to a player on CGV, but didn't happen to the next player.

It may not be a bug, but it certainly isn't consistent:

On the the grid fly-by during the Power Pack races, you can hear your own car revving the engine and it gradually quietens. All of a sudden, after a certain number of cars have been shown (maybe 7 or 8) the sound disappears completely.

I just purchased GT7 a few weeks ago. I am updated to the latest update (SPEC III) and I'm having issues with Menu Book 36 (WRT 700). When I start the race my vehicle view jumps from my car (position 20) to a Ferrari (position 18). I'm unable to go back to the view of my vehicle, and thus can't complete the race. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
I just encountered this issue; I only completed the WTC 700 championship back at release on bronze so I went back to re-do it with the new TransAm Mustang and experienced the same thing :indiff: extremely jarring on VR :boggled:

Attempting to take a photo (or getting a ticket) where the race has more than 16 cars seems to crash the PS4 version almost immediately, regardless if fresh boot or not. For photos, the crash seems to occur when you press the shutter button, rather than during the rendering process.
Same issue when taking photos.
I'm on PS4 and it occurred in CGV circuit in super formula race 15 laps.
As soon as shutter button is pressed, the game freezes.

I tried also in Marina - thinking that it was due to the update - but there, no problem.
Everywhere else, no problem.

Anyone noticed this strange audio issue with the F3500-B? Seems to happen on any camera but it's most noticeable on chase cam. Not specific to its original engine either as it does this with the Espace V10 swap, it seems like it's related to the car's body or audio emitters.

Only way I can describe it is like there are two engine sounds playing at once, and one of them seems to bend up or down in pitch slightly based on how much you're steering? You can hear that it harmonises when I'm on the straights but gets all weird and clashy when I corner.

EDIT: Just realised I posted this in the undocumented changes thread instead of bugs or general, oops

I did notice it too

I was on the fence whether it is intended or a bug though that's why I didn't point it out

I noticed this too recently (but it was before the update, during a daily Race C at Suzuka). I felt like it was the engine sound rebounding off the barriers (the NSX roar FYI).

Edit: also oops for wrong-ish thread

Looks like someone has kindly moved the mess I caused

I thought the same at first but IMO it's far too strong and a little bit distracting. It being slightly behind in time would make sense if it was reverb as I know GT has an incredible audio engine, but I feel like it wouldn't explain it happening more with turning, especially if I do it in a way that stays fairly equidistant with the barriers.
