Not that it matters at all, but I'm surprised the GT3 R comes with basically no livery.

This is the "livery" from the Unveiling of the model back in 2022. PDI purism at its best (and worst).

So... the Xiaomi is under 600 pp? Or is it another one of those overpowered, over 600 pp AI rival in the WTC 600 races?

WTC 600 has arguably the worst AI set in the game, save for the Tokyo 12-lap one.

You guys know EVERYTHING!

Well, in the 2024 TCR European series, a Civic driver won the championship. In 2024 TCR Australia, a Elantra driver won the championship. 2024 Asia series, an Elantra driver won the championship. 2024 TC America series, a Elantra driver won the championship in the TC class. TCR Japan was won by an Elantra driver.

Won’t be long to find out what it’ll be worth.

EDIT: NICE!

The following events will be added to World Circuits.

World Touring Car 600
Nürburgring Nordschleife

World Touring Car 700
Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps

World Touring Car 800
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit
Didn’t we already have WTC 800 on Mount Panorama??

Maybe we are getting endurance one like we did get on Spa?

Hope the WTC 700 Spa race is 24H in one hour for 1.5mil.

So, it's the normal SU7 Ultra not the prototype that did 6:22 record lap but the one that did 7:04 lap so there are more factory color options to choose in-game other than Lightning Yellow
Will be interesting to see how PD prices this thing on GT7 because if they keep it authentic then it's the cheapest 4-door saloon car with over 1500 HP in the world.

I'm not surprised at all. All of the contemporary GT3s that have been added have had the presentation liveries on them. As long as there is a livery editor, we don't really need default liveries on race cars.

No, there is a WTC 700 but for Gr3 cars it's the GT Cup Gr.3. The difference is those events are BOP'd, the WTCs aren't.

It's not surprising that's the 992 base livery, it's the same one in Rennsport, and PMR, and FM, and AMS2.

Basically every game that isn't a licensed series game (ie ACC, LMU) uses presentation liveries or similar for series like GT3s where there's a customer car model. A specific livery means you have to license from the team as well as the manufacturer, which is at best more work for little gain and at most might not be allowed at all depending on the ACC/LMU contracts.

Exactly. Why pay more for a license when the community will make the liveries for you

I am really exited about the new events!
The WTC 600 Nordschleife is a nice addition to an underutilised great track. I hope it will be a long race.
Spa 700 is also very welcome, and Mount Panorama is also one of the more interesting tracks.
Good work, PD!

Edit: p.s. I hope the WTC 600 Nordschleife doesn't have the 1000 hp Alfa :scared:

We still need more default livery variations for new and existing race cars. Polyphony can do it on like say the Lexus RC F GT3, Toyota GR010 Hybrid, and Mazda RX-Vision GT3 Concept, and with some Gr. 3's at launch.

As was obvious pretty much from the first announcement back in June:

The "prototype" has a different (and huge) wing and ginormous splitter, different bodywork around the trailing edge of the front wheels, a different ducted hood (the base Ultra has no holes, the Nurburgring package has vents as seen in the image above and likely to be in GT7's add-on parts), different wheels, and no ADAS pod on the roof.

Given that PD also designed the Dunlop promotional livery, I'd be unsurprised to see that in the game as an alternate livery from the off.

Since it's a dedicated WTC 600 and NOT the European one, the infamous Gallo's Alfa is out of the equation.

But of course there will be the usual suspects - Haywood's Huracan, Bayless' RUF RGT, and Busnelli's Gallardo along with the magically zippy handling Hizal's 22B on Softs, which are headaches to deal with unless of course you bring out one of those exploit tunes.

And considering it's the Nordschleife, the AI will definitely be spaced universes apart, to make up for their inadequate cornering speeds on that track. God forbid it's a one-lap race.
