I saw in the engine swap thread they do have V12 swap for the Tuscan so for me this the best update ever!

In the internal screen of the new Porsche, in addition to being visible the delta compared to the best lap, for the first time in the game the values of tcs, brake balance and fuel map are dynamic and vary according to the actual value in the game! A breakthrough for us VR players. (Insteed, it doesn't change the fact that you can't see the temperature of the tires).

I don't understand the event choice for the Xiaomi. It can easily win Hypercar parade stock and now we got an event we can't even enter.

Hello.
I'm really surprised they don't make a better dashboard for VR gaming. How hard would it be to create a car-mounted Motec gauge that would even show basic things like vehicle speed etc.

My first "steps" with all 3 cars:

The Xiaomi AI in WTC 600 is a hilarious band-aid add on for bad AI behavior at the Nordschleife. Pretty sure it was included in that race to pose as a "challenge" for 600 pp exploit tunes.

Here are all the custom parts for the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra 2025:

The front option can be changed to the bonnet/hood of the prototype Nürburgring record version.

You can also add a wide body option, but the custom parts remain the same.

Xiaomi SU7 Ultra on GT7 is mental lol, they said its top speed was 351 km/h but I'm getting like 385 km/h without overtake mode and 391 with overtake mode.
The slippery one lowest ride height aero parts and lowered downforce or wingless with Stage 3 lightweight kits down to 3589 lbs. can get it over 400 km/h, 411 km/h is the best for now.
Fully Stock it drives like a thoroughbred even with its 5200 lbs. weight, the most fun I had with any EV car in the game, Porsche Mission X kind of drives like crap compared to this thing and SU7 Ultra's actually exists and is a production car.
Man, I can't wait for this thing be available to buy in my country next year!
This thing right here is now my new dream car, a much more attainable one too.

It is a livery nonetheless, if you want any in particular, you have the necessary tools at your disposal
Yes - I have zero problems with this or any other "stock" livery. I just find it very amusing and "nerdy" in a good way, that PDI often wants to use not just the first model year version of given car model but also unveiling colors/liveries. Its kind of a quirk of being an "automobile enthusiast". Original factory spec is alway the most desirable and most valuable. Its similar obsession as collecting certain versions of coins or stamps. 😁

Stage 3 lightweight kits down to 3589 lbs

The fact we live in the era of "3589lbs lightweight" hurts my soul..

A small unexpected addition to the update - circuit experience at St. Croix A. The car is... the Espace.
Anybody knows if the new CE is as easy as the last two on the new tracks? They where so easy, you didn't even need to know the track well.

You ain't the first one that's dumbfounded by that, they just kinda don't care for VR, people have been begging for forever for a improved hud, which should be a half a day worth work to implement, but they just won't do it for whatever reason.

Porsche 992 GT3 R - 900,000
Hyundai Elantra N TC - 280,000
Xiaomi SU7 Ultra - 150,000
I’m expecting the Hyundai to be BoP’d into Group 4, but I’d be surprised if it’s priced the same, given it comes from a racing class below IRL GT4. 200k-300k range seems right and realistically where it should be, but this is PD we’re talking about.

Depending on who’s buying and what spares packages you order with it it actually has been hitting that 1.2mil mark, but it’s trended around 800-900k as far as I’m aware. Older GT3 platforms have sat around 400-500k, but all the new Evo packs and new models have been 600-750k, and it’s looking like costs are gonna keep going up now that manufacturers have found new ways to squeeze innovation into the class.

This is particularly why I’m interested in the TCR’s pricing, cuz it’s the first time we’ll have gotten something from that category. I’m a little interested in the Porsche’s price too, but it should allign more with other Group 3 cars since it isn’t the new-new evo model, tho it may have the evo parts in GT Auto like the 296 did.
I wasn’t crazy!!!

Though, the 911 was a little higher than I expected.

We know the reason since day 1 of VR.

I think you VR people ignore it to be able to complain, thinking PD will change its opinion with enough noise. PD/Kaz don't change their minds, VR HUD will not change.

Huh?

Is there any official information about this? I haven't followed so I'm pretty new to the VR topic...

VR HUD will not change.
I don't see why it never could. Would it ? Not sure. Would complaining here incentivize them to upgrade the HUD ? Even less sure.

But I still hope for improvements in VR, and on the VR HUD options too.

I can't believe they gave us the GT3 R! I thought i have to wait until GT8.
Thanks PD, best update ever!!! 🎉🥳

They never released an "official statement" that VR HUD will never change, as PD never does those kind of things.

But since day 1 they advertised that VR is not a replacement for monitors. VR intent for GT7 is maximum immersion. There is even a Kaz interview where he says "VR is a new form, and intent to be, art".

Having a complete HUD breaks immersion. Breaks PD/Kaz intent for VR. It would transform VR into a monitor (same features, same intent)

Not having HUD in VR it's not about being hard to implement or technical issues. It's about keeping the PD/Kaz vision of what VR should be. And PD/Kaz are really stubborn about their visions, they won't change this.
