I got one of these on eBay for $27, good luck finding one. I've only seen it twice on eBay and a few times in random people's collections. It's a rarity, and it is often overpriced, so I feel very lucky for how cheap mine was (my purchase came with Gran Turismo 5 Prologue Spec III).

You are lucky that someone on this forum is selling it. Of course it is up to you if it's worth the price. I'm just happy that I have the free digital copy.
