That's a little reminder for myself - I've not even tried my PS5 on the brand new 4K TV I bought for my Mum yet...

The more I hear about the PSVR2 the more I want to try it, but the PSVR was a disappointment and a big waste of cash, so I reckon it might have to wait.

Thanks, that sounds like fair advice. Does GT7 even benefit from the PS5 Pro? I mean that one is totally out of budget for me but I was curious as to any differences in quality, performance, features, etc. between GT7 running on a base PS5 vs. the PS5 Pro.

Also, while we're on the subject, the Series X will be getting FSR 4.0 next year, so it'll definitely be able to run games practically on the same level as a PS5 Pro. As you somewhat suggested, not much point in getting a PS5 then.

as commented I have a different perspective than other, I don't think the "sensation" of speed when playing GT7 is better for the amount of cost difference, that's why I got the VR2 for an immersion and sensation expanded experience. People say the PSpro is meant for the PSVR2 so you get the full experience and better hardware for VR and Flat...people say No Mans sky is addictive on the PS5pro+PSVR2 and is also quite the experience
