Cheers dude, you put the smile back on my face. Would be cool if that were true . But you never know, just because it's been postponed for March 2010 does that mean it will be released any later? Maybe not.. could be a few days or weeks earlier. We don't know do we. So lets just take deep breathes and think positive thoughts.

I just hope (for us and for PD/Sony) that by the time GT5 will be released it will be better than Forza 4 since it looks like GT5 will be released in parallel to F4, so comparing it to F3 will be lame.

I also hope that after the GT Academy finals will be over they will at least release the CES demo to let us experiment more cars/tracks (I sure hope it will be before but I must certain that it won't happen)

Title alone states..

"Information of delayed Gran Turismo Version 5 Release"

That means the MARCH is already a delay.. Because original idea from Sony was December 2009.

You could be right. Then again it could mean exactly what we read. GT has been delayed in Japan to match a World Release.

The funny thing is that whenever we get close to a GT5 release date PD announces a delay. We should have had the game already.

Kaz mentioned 2009 release, SONY stated a 2009 release... but both never offered exact date.. later it got push for MARCH, still no official release date, so its the same story with Xmas 09 release.. But now PD posted a note stating March is right on schedule, and that they will soon give exact date.

Sure I could be wrong myself, but to me it makes the MOST seance. Otherwise he would already stated the bigger delay in the recent interviews.. and make it more clear in the note on the GT site. Besides, on the recent interviews of the show, did he always stated March release date? why would he change his mind a day later?

Maybe they were due to announce today - press day at the Brussels show, but Sony have decided to delay the announcement until the SLS launch at the Geneva show in early March???

One thing's for sure, they are not busting their asses of work. Modeling a car for 3-6 months is taking it very very easy. I make 3d for a living and I can tell you there's no other place where you have 3-6 months for a game model of a car. I know the cars are very detailed and correct and having a polycount limit is hard but, come on, that's way too long. At least the modeling team has 1000 cars to show, I don't get what the sound team has been doing for 5 years.
