I think San Andreas had the best commercials and talk shows. Fernando when he set the girls car on fire and then well uh did some stuff on air haha. Commando pest eradication! Ultimate disk in the dark! It's about throwing a plastic disk, and catching it!

It's a shame that the newer talk shows aren't that funny though, compared to the golden Chatterbox. :(

Speaking of Chatterbox. Haven't heard anything about Lazlow in V yet. :indiff: Cruising around wouldn't be the same without him on the radio.

I sure hope there is an option to replace the music tracks as I can't find one song on that list which I like

Some songs you'll hear so many times you'll start to like them, that's what I've found on past games. Just make sure it's not
Britney Spears

So, I searched around for a Spotify playlist of the soundtrack, and found
"GTA V: The Complete Soundtrack"
- which's filled with songs - some not even on the revealed list. If all songs is in the game, there's surely something for almost any taste.

Hmm, I just searched that and found nothing?

edit: found one... if it's the one, there's a wide range, but not many awesome songs. JMO..

I just realized I wrote the wrong name of the playlist ... Sorry about that.

I think you've found the one I meant, as there's really hundreds of songs, in a wide range, as you say.

Those two always make me  even to this day. And don't forget O.G. Loc and Laslow and that Chris guy from the cult vs. Laslow's ex-professor. Then we got the goth girl with the weird laugh, man who eats people, shaving guy, people talking about spanking, Moorhead Rides Again, VCPR with the goth guy, happy girl who's dose up-to-the-eyeballs on pills, a con artist in a cheap suit named Jeremy Robards, a corporate businesswoman who wants to get rid of alligators and swamp people and the list goes on....

And Citizens United Negating Technology, or Citizens Raging Against Phones, not to mention the crazy military guy speaking about the Australian-American war... :dopey:

Lazlow is back according to a couple radio station leaks. Hes also hosting some phone in contest in NYC thats GTA V related.

Launch trailer looks good, tanks are back!
I'm seriously considering getting GTAV at launch and I need help getting the best deal.
I'm thinking of the gamestop deal but I only have arkham city GOTY from the list.
I could get GTAIV episodes and save a bit.But it seems a bit of hassle when gamestop can refuse your games and change the list.
So anyone that has used this offer, please let me know if it's good.
Amazon at 35 quid seems decent but is there better?
I want a disc version standard edition PS3.
Should I pre-order or wait for better deal?
Preferably I'd like GTAV by launch.

Just order it at Amazon, 35 pound is a decent price (it was 40 when I pre-ordered a while back) and it'll get delivered by the 17th.

I pre-ordered the standard PS3 edition from Amazon for that price because my fear is prices will go up on launch day. If you want it by launch day, my suggestion would be to pre-order.

According to various sources, it looks like the Royal Mail are planning a two week strike starting from the 7th September. If it goes ahead, many who pre-ordered their copies of GTAV via the internet in England could miss out on obtaining their copies on the 17th 👎. However, the Royal Mail are only in talks of a strike, and it will likely only affect the Plymouth area.

If this strike goes ahead and spreads nationwide, then I will flip as I pre-ordered via GAME online.

Any preorder should result in delivery on the 17th – latest the 20th, or so I've read -- but if they're on strike, I'm not really sure.

I preordered the standard edition as well, for £52. Mainly because the collectors edition, here, is £217...

I hope not, I typed the words "royal mail strike" into google and the top 3 suffixes were may 2013, june 2013 and july 2013. They don't mind a good strike do they?

On my country these are the prices of every GTA V edition:
Grand Theft Auto V Collector's Edition - 149,99 €
Grand Theft Auto V Special Edition - 99,99 €
Grand Theft Auto V - 72,99 €
:guilty::guilty::guilty:

And that's why you use lots of money on other games to get bonus points, which decreases the price of a game of your choice. :p

I actually need to purchase a new PS3 for this, and GT6, and numerous other games.

Sadly, my cat, now called "little 🤬" stuck his claws in the disc drive and must have broken something, caught him doing it a few times but didn't think he could actually break anything.

Ah well, fresh console to play it on :3

I paid 229 LTL (66eur, 88$) for the standard version, the warehouse of the shop I ordered it from is in my town so I'll be able to pick it up there 1-2 days earlier than if it was being shipped to me :) If I was to order from a shop like amazon etc. the game plus shipping, handling and taxes would settle back around 100$, also shops like those don't accept our bank cards. I don't think I lost much, now just to wait it to get there.

He's saying "You're playing too many video games, spend some time with me for a change :(".

So this won't affect Scotyland pre orders? :p (I don't like the sound of "Nationwide strike")

Say what now.... Hadn't better be getting my game late! Chances are they'll "post" it to take the money from my account, but won't get it till late due to the strikes.

Man, I live like 30 miles from Plymouth. They better not get any ideas down here :grumpy:

To be honest though, I doubt many of them could afford to go 2 whole weeks without pay, so I don't really see this going anywhere.

I'm in Plymouth, I'll be mad as hell if I miss out. I'd buy a copy at work and sell the Amazon order as soon as it turned up. Just use the blimp code first.
