GTA V - General Thread

[lintels123]

Yeah, I spoiled the whole story for myself. I don't feel compelled to get this game anymore even though I want it. If I get it I think I'll be fine playing through the missions, but I know that ultimately that part of the story will come up.

Watched too much streaming at the wrong times?

[xXKingJoshXx]

I'm glad I've been good about not looking at any streams or spoilers.

I just can not 🤬 wait for this game...

[Niyologist]

There's a secret town next to Yankton that can be accessed later on in the game. Of course, it has a snowy environment.

I just randomly clicked on a stream and there it was. Whatever, I guess I'll still get it and enjoy it.

Which stream was it?

I'd wish I could view a no-story-spoiler stream on my phone...

The one I am watching currently has no spoilers, the link is on the previous page.

I find that to be spoiler worthy... i didn't want to know about things like that without finding them out on my own. I'm staying away from this thread now. Don't want to get anymore spoiled for me

Slow Mo Aim and Special Ability Recharge (faster) cheats have been confirmed.

Not really. I haven't told you about the size of the town or how to access it.

Otherwise, sorry.

Explosive Melee + Trevors Rage Ability = Super Saiyan Trevor O_O

Was this the guy who stole the plane, had an engine failure, still managed to land it while being shot by police, & then above being the end result?

Yup

[McLaren]

Yup

I saw someone posting about it on the GTA Forums. I cried from laughing too hard at the end result.

[wicken]

This is what happens when you kill one of the other playable characters in free roam.

Duuuuuuuude.

[wicken]

Duuuuuuuude.

What? That ain't exactly a spoiler.

Destructable planes? ON THE RUNWAY?

Goodbye, life.
Hello, Air Crash Investigation.

[Niyologist]

What? That ain't exactly a spoiler.

The fact that the character that killed the other Protag has to pay up.

That's still not exactly a spoiler. Lot of people were wondering what would happen if you killed another character outside of a mission.

This picture is wierd, the girl has no face??

[GTV0819]

They said that you can load up mountain bikes in your cars. Is that true?

[Dean]

This picture is wierd, the girl has no face??

I think Trevor (or the player) ran her over with something... Or her head could just be turned to the left.

And there's only 12 hours (edit) to "survive" until the release...

(Timer ends at Sep. 17th, midnight UTC)

[xXKingJoshXx]

engine failure

By engine failure, do you mean like GTA IV's engine failure where the engine had to be shot many times or crashed a lot before it would shut off?

[Ellis]

Plus rockstar had announced that's how it would work in relation to the text hospital thing!

[Omnis]

I saw that live on the stream. It was hilarious. She has a face, but her head is turned since he ran her over on the beach. She's dead bro.

That guy put large beards on Trevor and Franklin. I think he was going for a Taliban Crew look.

Reviews for the game come out tomorrow! Maybe a 6 or 7 out of 10 you reckon?

[Slash]

Well blatant nudity will be around a lot I see. That chick has a breast exposed.

Nah. Since GTA IV had at least a 8.9/10. lol

You sure? That might be a tattoo. I can't really tell, though.

That's blood splatter. She's covered up. I saw it live.
