Have anyone actually stopped a train? I thought that was impossible.

Yep grenades/RPGs can stop a train and even the LS Metro tram.

Sounds silly but look for something else
and cars have a habit of turning up when your underfire so just play normally and it will occur

I hear the app is extremely glitchy, half the features don't even work for me, luckily I managed to get my plate.

The freaking thing wont even install on my Android phone. So being able to have it on Win8 is a big plus. But that is the only plus I've found to having Win8.

I could never get the custom license plate to work for some reason

I had the same problem until I just played the game, opened the app, customized the car (with the license) and some more. Then I got a pop up in game telling me I could go to LSC to get it the update. I went there and poof! Now it's on all my cars. Went online and only had to select the private plate option.

Wut? My phone from 3 years ago with 512 mb ram and still running Android 2.3 is able to get it.

LG L7 on Android 4.0. I know it's a crappy phone but why wouldn't I be able to download the app
