Now that's a comparison.

I'm certainly not willing to pay full price for the next gen version (exclusive content be damned). If there was a PS3-to-PS4 upgrade, then maybe I'd consider.

Probably.

Some people are saying that they'll still come to PS3, but R* hasn't said anything yet.

I know the PS3 has it's obvious limitations, but making something as simple as a car exclusive to a completely different system is unfair.

My thinking is the same, but R* will probably make it PS4/One exclusive. Who knows what other vehicles we'll be 🤬 out of

If Rockstar announces heists being exclusive to next-gen and PC, I'm selling my copy. That is so unfair for consumers and is false advertising.

I wouldn't be surprised if they put exclusive vehicles onto PS4/Xbox One/PC to sell more copies and make more money, but I reckon heists will be on all platforms that GTA was sold on because otherwise Rockstar would be in deep 🤬 with consumers.

My fault, I read it as exclusive content but not heists.

Sad but true fact: Assassin's Creed will have heists before GTAV does.

Exaclty, the price of a new game in not worth it for me.

I'll have to wait and see what the classic game cars are, since it does say 'such as the Dukes, dodo, etc'. Leads me to believe there will be more cars from the old games, anyone for a Slamvan, Sea Sparrow, Stallion, or even a proper 2 door Sultan RS? Be interesting to see if these or any others make it

I am usually behind on the times...

well when it comes to buying a console

I bought a PS2 in 2003, and a PS3 in 2008. So history might be superseded if I buy a PS4 within the next year, only time will tell.

I'm definitely going to get this on PC, just the actual difference in graphics from the PS3 to PS4 is amazing and I'm probably sure, that the PC version is going to look even more polished, not to mention the modability :dopey:

And it will also be great to see the difference to the X360 version I own, using a mouse will be so good

Oh wow 1 million dollars split between my offline and online accounts.

Guess I'll have to do the lester stocks to get my billions in offline at least. Rockstar better transfer my 10 million that I legitimately got online to my ps4 version.

While it's rather easy to dislike GTA V for a multitude of reasons, I'm very thankful for Rockstar expanding my musical tastes. I very much enjoy listening to FlyLo FM. Since I heard "Windowlicker" by Aphex Twin, I decided to look him up and found some pretty good songs. At the moment, I am listening to Selected Ambient Works 85 - 92.

I am still trying to unlock some of the special t-shirts from sharing the tracks. Seems to take forever.

You can unlock special t-shirts from sharing tracks? I just tried searching it on Google and I can't find much.

I hope this is one of the new songs added to the next-gen version. It fits Michael in too many ways;

I read it somewhere a few weeks ago, just spent best part of an hour looking again & checking my browser history. Can't find it. All I found was the gender glitch.
I'll go and hide in the cupboard for a while, I feel like a dumbass. :guilty:

I was going to make a PC modifications thread but was unsure if it was against GTP rules (like GT6 hybriding) so can a moderator (@SlipZtrEm or similar) please confirm if it's ok to do so?

It's fine, I'm pretty sure Rockstar appreciates it.

Well, the problem is, Rockstar didn't appear to give a crap about modders in GTA IV/EFLC since there wasn't an economy or anything that GTAO has. With GTA Online, hackers have ruined it because players at level one can instantly bring themselves up to level 500 and have a billion dollars. With GTA IV/EFLC, the only unlocks you got were clothing items. In GTAO, there's just so much more than that.

True. They don't seem to mind single player glitches, so here's hoping that's the same for mods.

I don't think I'll ever get to play GTA on PC, but I sincerely hope R* embraces mods. A company like them should know by now that mods greatly extend the life of video games. Just look at GT5 with hybrids!
