Wow. Not one guess. Looks like an 80's movie involving high schoolers some of whom play football, but searching on that basis doesn't turn up anything likely. Corey Haim's Lucas is the only thing anywhere close, but the colors are wrong.
It was difficult finding a picture that didn't blatantly have Morgan Freeman, Thomas Jane, Jason Lee, Damian Lewis, Timothy Olyphant, Tom Sizemore or Donnie Wahlberg in it.
The structure there had me thinking some sort of sci-fi Trekkie thing, but when I saw the crane next to it, I remembered. Let's see if this one keeps up with the quick-round fix.
