You can't actually put new body styles in the game. You can only take an existing car and fit it with a different chassis, motor, etc.
 
If you're talking about GT3, it cannot be done. You can only use parts that are in the game already. No De Tomaso Pantera body, so no De Tomaso Pantera.
 
Neither. You could try working that 'JGTC' Diablo in MK's, hook it up with the right engine and suspension, then pick any 5-speed and manually imput the gear ratios. It's possible, as ong as you don't mind it looking like a Diablo painted up like a race car...
 
In terms of GT2 it's possible - you can enter code to stretch body panels. I've seen it done with the Tommy kaira ZZ-II being turned into a passable McLaren F1.

You'd need to find a similar extant car - possibly the Venturi Atlantique 300 Biturbo - and get someone who knows how to do it. I suggest RogsR34UK - formerly of GTF (no idea where he hangs about these days).
