HELP with Burnout Paradise Trophy's!

Ok im not sure where to put this thread but here it goes...


I love to collect trophies and i SHOULD have most of them for this game but something weird is happening...

If there is a trophy for "smash 3 billboards" I don't have it although i have "smash 60 billboards" and there are many cases throughout that in my trophy list. What can i do to fix it!? Will i have to restart my 3 years of progress?

You can back-up your current save file to another device, delete that save file from your PS3 and then start over to get the early trophy/trophies. When you get the trophy, reload your back-up save file.

This is what I did to get the earlier trophies that wouldn't unlock, but then some of the later trophies wouldn't unlock(perhaps the result of the game initially releasing with no trophy support), so I just let it go, as I did not wish to start everything all over again. Such a great game, it is unfortunate that this games trophies are glitched.
