I have only done drift challenges on the Grand Canyon so far for money, but my top scores are:
Single lap: 28113
Entire session(107 laps):2,021,234
Entire session(71 laps):1,516,837

I can see how you clocked this up. At the moment, i'm finding the drift mode ridiculously addictive. It always seems like I'm telling myself 'Just one more lap'!

Yeah same here! Good way to make easy money though

Yep, I completely agree. The 107 lap session was started with the aim of 3 million drift points to get enough money for the F2007. I got bored.
The 71 lap session had a similar aim, but 3 million credits for the Polyphony F1 car (Dont buy, except for collection, it sucks!)

My best single lap on Ice Area: 16,450 using the GT R34 Skyline Pace Car

Also at TM i once did a 30 lap stint to get around 2 million for the Enzo ( i had some credits on my "account"

Why is everyone drifting on dirt/snow?
15000 for 1 lap on motorland
n3 tyres on mazda d1 rx7
30000 in 53 sec isnt bad money

Really?? I personally don't rate it! I love the 270R as a drifter, but recently have fallen for the ZR-1 of all things.... 800+ HP and awesome handling, briiiiliant! My scores are no where near as intense as you guys though!

My longest drift was 29XXX in the GT350 at GC. I Pulled it off for the whole lap.

I haven't actually tried single lap yet, I prefer being able to do as many laps as I like for farming money.

Single competition is more for a competition thing yea, but i also do many many laps to farm lots of cash too in open track
