37 and been gaming since i was 5.
My first computer was an acorn atom and my fav game was dodgems where you guide a block around a square trying to collect dots (rofl). After a few levels you would get another car (block) coming the opposite way trying to stop you.
Tbh ive had everything apart from the xbox's but then ive just bought both my boys 1 each for christmas. At least now i got my ps3 back :D.

I've been beating and banging the doors off everything for 41 years and not only in the games. Pong goes way back and I think that cost 200.00 back then lol!

53.5

GT3 was the first "modern" console game I ever played and my teenage son got me hooked.

I remember waiting in line, quarter in hand, at a college bar waiting for my turn to play Space Invaders!

I'm 60 going on 20... GT5 is tremendousily addictive. My wife is beginning to notice I don't get all my project work done when she's not around! Wouldn't dream of doing the game without the GT Force wheel, makes all the difference in the experience. Also really like NFS Shift and Motorstorm. Also get into Wii Fit & Sports. Guess I must have missed something in my childhood way back in the 60's...!

Got the logitech G27 just for this game, as i was going to get one for the previous gt games but there wasn't anything decent around at the time.
Been gaming for 23 years an have never looked back.

Over 50 but less than 55. Can you say "Pong"? Was a major fan of GPL (Grand Prix Legends from Papyrus). As a matter of fact, Kaz needs to pull some tracks and cars from Papyrus. DFGT and Bob Earl seat. With GPL on PC, used a Thomas wheel and pedals. Ran two VooDoo cards interleaved and had to have a cooling fan the size of a pack of cigs just to keep them cool and not locking up.

I wish this game had the same demographics of my Miata club meetings, Teen to Twenty something females, and 55+ men. Thus leaving me as the object of desire at 30. Here...not so much.

I am 57 years young been playing video games since they were invented. Started playing GT prologue then bought the PSP and now GT5. I also had a few PC racing games. I use to race sportscars, formula ford and racing karts. Very expensive hobby! GT5 is a lot cheaper and more relaxing! All I have to do is turn on the PS3 and go. Real racing is a lot of work especially if you are the driver, mechanic, car hauler and financier.:)

One big thing I miss is the smells of burnt rubber and racing gas.
