lol sry bout that, As far as I know, I think that the lower the setting the less amount of torque is needed to over-come the limited slip and drive both wheels.& vice-versa. I have not noticed any real difference when tweaking the drive train,but I've never really tested with it that munch. You might try maxing out the settings both ways and see if there is any difference. But you're right on as far as it's what you get when you mash the gas.
