The Nascar will work but there are others that work better. The ZR1 RM is the fastest but the Ford GT Spec II is the easiest to get around the track cleanly and will win with ease.

I use the Nascar Car, and it does it pretty well. Just slam some soft racing tires on it, maximize downforce, and it will win easily. You just have to take off the throttle before the first and third turn.

I used a NASCAR too, high downforce on the front, low on the year, knock the gears back one notch and the car will go around without even having to lift for the most part.

When it comes to grinding out credits in Aspec (not Bspec or Special Events), there seems to be concensus about what is the quickest way to make money but do be careful with your calculations. If you are looking to earn a LOT of money then reloading times need to be taken into consideration.

The best examples of quick money earners are of course;
- the European Championships at Rome, Deep Forest and Monza (83,000)
- Like The Wind at Indy and Daytona (70,000 & 80,000)
- American Championships at Indy and Laguna Seca (98,000)

These can all be tried to give variety but 98,000 at Indy is the fastest.

What surprises me is the fixation with only credits, surely XP is even more important. Just think, when you are at level 27 you are only half way to the X1 events at level 30 !

XP is a whole different ball game as that varies more than credits. Take the American Championships; Indy gives you 3700 XP but Laguna Seca gives you 7800 and only takes about 3 mins longer. Another good XP one is the European Championships at Monza with 7600 XP.

My advice is to make notes of good earning credits and XP as you go along, so that when the inevitable grind comes along you know the best earners but can also give yourself some variety.

Really good point Steve... Might as well maximize the XP while grinding out the dollars!

Whatsb the best grinding event for b-spec bob?

European championship - 14laps @ Monza.

While it doesn't pay a lot, it gives a lot of XP and you need 2 drivers. So it's kinda of a 2-for-1 deal as you level up 2 drivers & get plenty for yourself.

With the Zonda R, the race is a joke.

If your BSpec isn't up to lv21 yet, the British Lightweights is a great race to grind if you have the Stealth McLaren you got w/yr Game Stop preorder. Didn't preorder? I got nothing man...

Easy MONEY .........Aspec professional level , British light weight , London . 24,OOOcr in less than 3mins

Ditto - I do this in my Seven Fireblade -souped up to 224 bhp (and only 397kg) - sometimes get a challenging race but always win!

Is there anything for the American Championship that can be tuned to run a 3:20 race or less? My Minolta can do it for the Like the Wind race. Was hoping there was an American car that could duplicate or beat this performance, even if it too starts life as a race car. I'm just tired of the corvtte. Incredible machine, but feels slow.

My tips to get exp and money : Complete every Special event you can, then part your time between racing the Dream car championship (can skip the last race if you have enough pts) and raising your B-Spec driver, should net you enough money to buy anything you want/unlock endurance race.
And must I say it's far more fun that griding on Indy.

Yeah, like everyone else mentioned, I grind the Indy @ Like The Wind or preferably the Indy @ The American Championship. But, if you want like 10,000-11,000 XP points pretty fast, you can do 10 laps around the Indy as well on the Dream Car Championship. It doesn't pay as much, but it takes less than 7 minutes with a Puegot 908, a Sauber C9, or a Toyota Minolta. Happy grinding.

Expert series - Gallardo Trophy; I have been getting 4343 exp. and 50,400 credits for 23.74 Miles or racing, which for my B-Spec Bobs takes 14 minutes. I'll be glad when I level up tonight!

The quickest, easiest thing I have found is the following, and it can be done as soon as you have 30,000 credits:

- Go buy the Mini Cooper 07 S. That will run you around 27,000
- Do NOT make any modifications (yet)!
- At least through early January, take that care to the Seasonal Events area and enter the Mini Special Event
- You start all the way in 12th, and it took me 3 tries, but you'll come to one part of the track where instead of taking the S turn you just go straight through the grass, it'll keep your speed at 100 MPH and you'll pass most of your cars there
- If you managed to eventually win the race, you'll end up with over 300,000 cumulative credits and at least 21,000 XP. That should send you up several levels in A-Spec and give you enough coin to get 1-2 rides and be able to upgrade them.

Again, this is only going to help you for right now, and it's mostly for those just starting out, but it's better than a kick in the teeth.

An alternative (before I saw this seasonal event thing), is I bought a Nissan Skyline used, bumped it up to over 600 HP, entered the Cashman Cup, about 20 minutes later I've earned 30,000 credits and around 2,000 XP, and there is ZERO chance you can lose with this setup, even if you're not the greatest GT driver (lord knows I'm not LOL)

PD could make a tonne of money if they did a gt5 version of "in app purchases" whereby you could buy credits for real money, as well as having to grind away on the Indy track in your vette for a few hours :)

I saw your post yesterday and give it a try.
As i saw this seems to be the best way to get started. I've done the first races of booth "Bonus Races", Nº1 e Nº2, and gained around 300.000 Credits and 27.500 XP (I didn't managed to pass the Audi A2 on the Fiat500 Race and ended on second). The downside is that you only could win it once, like on Special Events...the Upside is that this events are updated reguraly, wich offers new events every week or two, and there are no level limitations besides the purchase of the car itself.
There are 5 races for each "Bonus Race Pack", the first gives you 200.000Cr and 20.000XP and the last 1.000.000Cr and 100.000XP...
I didn't figure out how does it work the counter-clock races but i believe I'll find out when the uptime ends.

Good Races.

Um Abraço.

For the love of God, no 👎

Please let them give us more events instead! :scared:

@MSD Drifter - 3:35??? What is your secret? My best time so far is 3:50, and I don't think I can go much faster, 3:48 maybe
(pad+automatic, all aids off, max. aero)

@furai in a (RM) ZR1 Vette it is possible to get to the front of the pack at the first corner or just after. With careful throttle control and no brakes at all I consistantly do the course in 3.40 - 3.45. I have not tweaked the top speed/transmission as yet so I might be able to get it down to 3.35. Either that or MSD is just awesome :)

I'm guessing he uses the Ford GT LM Spec II Test Car caus I use the same one and get 3:34-3:35 every time.

no if you get it to 890 bhp after a oil change 3:35 is easy in a zr1 rm

Ah, I have that car but never really used it, might give it a few miles tommorow then it can at least earn back what it cost. 👍

im just doing the dream car championship in b-spec
i earn 1 mil in about 35 min there
and im buying the super gt cars with the money....
