900,000 HP. its for those big oil tanker and container ships. i had the website with many more pictures of it, the internal parts of the engine are mind blowing.

Edit: And yes, that is a turbo you see hanging off the side of it :lol:
 
Id have to go an LS series engine into a E36 M3 or Porsh 944.

in the General Discusion thread someone mentioned how cool it would be to put the F2007 engine into an Ariel Atom LOL :lol: Now that would be the best engine transplant ever. i mean it took Jezza's face off on Top Gear with the V-tec, now just imagine would 20,000 RPM would do. it would take your head off. at 345 km/h.
 
I'd have something simple. The furthest I'd go is to put an RB26 in an original 500. Or a 2JZ in an S15.

Or beemer's V10 in the M coupe.
 
or do it Hamann style and put the M5 V10 into an M3.
 
...or put the old M5 V8 in the 1 series.

But that isn't crazy enough.:sly:
 
I'd put an LS3 in a VL Walkinshaw.:) The car's handling was nice and waspy even by today's standards with the iron block, so imagine that beast waltzing around with an alloy block V8, wider tyres and massive brakes.:drool:

I would also put a turbocharged or supercharged Alloytec V6 into a VR Commodore. The weight of these things can make them quite a potent handler when one does away with the crappy factory suspension, tyres, etc etc. Even though the Alloytec only weighs 40-60kg lighter than the Buick V6, that's still weight coming off the front axle, and the powerplant is much more potent.:) I choose the VR over VN and VP because the VR has a wider front track.;) Yes, with an Alloytec V6 under the bonnet this family sedan will surprise a lot of top sports cars.:p

Frankly, I'd just do "legal," permitted swaps which are allowed in motorsports to race mod cars.
 
My Commodore has an Alloytec. I dont like it, bit slow. it is only a 175 kw (234hp) 320nm.

Ohhh nah! keep that 9000rpm monster in there! I mean I love the RB26 but damn, the character of the S2000 comes from THAT awesome engine. Just mod the hell out of it ;)
 
RB26DETT 'Z2' (Nismo R34 GTR Z-Tune) in... I don't know - I just love that engine.
 
As much as I like the idea of crazy engine swaps, i think we need to keep it realistic guys.
It wil be interesting to see if [colour=indigo]PD[/colour] has added Engine swaps to [colour=blue]G[/colour][colour=red]T[/colour]5, and if they have, where they have drawn the line between realistic and unrealistic.:)
