GT4P is a gloryfied demo of GT4, it is 5 tracks and 50odd cars. Theres some licence tests, some of which are very different to what you'd see in previouse GT games. And thats it, you can race on your own or against AI, or you can take licence tests. It is only available in HK and Japan officially but importers could get hold of it for you outside thoes countries, you needed a swap disc o chipped PS2 to play it though.
