So should I shell out the million for an Enzo, or is the [much prettier] 458 up to snuff at a fraction of the cost?

You're gonna get an Enzo sooner or later, so... just do it! :) They're both fun. Get a decent tune for the Enzo & it's fine. The Italia is gorgeous, both in looks & handling. Much easier than it's big brother. With the right exhaust, the downshifts just sound amazing!

I did it in the enzo probably one of the best seasonals yet (IMO) espically toscana. One thing i did find is at the start/finish straight on la sarthe is the last bump made the front of the car lift a few metres in the air was quite fun :)

I beat this with a mot fully tuned California. The AI is just terrible. I think my PP was around 620 or something.

Thanks ryanoneil1 i'll be testing this out once i get home from work what other mods you got on the 599 ??

Dont quit! Dont let it get to you. Theres tons of cool people on here and lot of the other words.

I did this seasonal with my Ferrari California :) I had a great time in all 5 races, especially on that epic track called Autumn Ring ;) I though PD forgot about that one completely...

RYANONEIL1 you my friend are a legend thanks for tune did sarthe in 3.55

So I've been using my Scud because I love its handling, and well, you have to nail your turns or all those Enzos had been tearing me up in the straight.

And the last race I finally pulled away for a nice lengh finish in front of the same Enzo. But the game never goes to a winning screen, all the cars are just driving around the track at 80 MPH.

I want my prize and money, damnit!

Well if your offer is still good I'd like Stock 458 just for this event. I'll add you when I get off work.

I promised u a ferrari yesterday..well, i just sent it to you..Enjoy

Stupid Autum Ring. I might have to tinker a bit after I'm done widget grinding.

I used my fully-tuned 458, but with no added aero and Praiano's tune. I had to adjust the top speed for Sarthe, but all other courses, the trans was perfect. It was funny watching the AI spin-out several times at Toscana. :D

She held the road pretty good for me being on a DS3. I won them all in the first try, except for the Autumn Ring. I spun a couple of times on my first try and came in 2nd, but got 1st on my 2nd try. 👍

No matter what tune you use in one of these MR beasts, if you get on the gas too hard at the wrong time, she is going for a spin or at the least, a fish-tailed whirly gig.

There's Shirley many manufacturer head-to-heads that could be done, giving us the crappier of the two options and the AI the good stuff...

I'll bet there is, but please don't call us Shirley. :D ;)

I didn't want to open a new thread.., but: i used my ferari 512BB '76 on le sarte (not that the track matters) and noticed a orange light on the dashboard (cockpit cam!) it seems to be lit (as in the orange light is on) the light is on the left side of the rev.counter (wich is that big round thing next to the spedometer) Does anyone know what that light is? It's not for the oil. I'm a bit baffled by it, so if someone can clear things up.., i'll be grateful.
Further, i'm a bit in doubt, as wether to get the scuderia (wich i know from special event, grand tour if i'm not mistaken) or the italia. The last one i don't know, and what i've understand of it needs tuning to be an easy drive. The ferari i had to use in the special event was rather easy (atleast i thought so) to drive - i.e. it didn't spin out of control during accelerating, braking or cornering- but mabay not as fast.
The enzo i want to wait with, so i'll decide between the said ferari's.
Thanks in advance for answer(s) and for the -right- answer of the light question i'll give 3 surprise car tickets, just not super cars but hey! you get 3 (i honestly don't know what tickets i have)
Greetings stano666

As the son of a former broadcaster the light means that you are on...Live!!!:sly:

I just raced against an AI opponent named F.Massa, I thought that was pretty funny.

Safe to say he didn't come in first, second or third? :dopey:

I use in car view and have seen this light in other cars too.(cobra I think). Maybe it indicates need for rebuild?

Razakproject
Races are to easy, with ferrari 458 italia. With enzo more easy

Surely this is down to you. If too easy, challenge yourself by using a less tuned car. [facepalm]

Super GT seasonals are up.

Now I can use all the Ferraris I have. Have them all!
LaSarthe is the new grind.

Yep! 504k in 3.35 secs! That's about 7.56 mil per hour using 4 min a race. 2.65 hrs for 20 mil.

You got that right,These new seasonal's while easy have taught me to appriciate my 458 Italia more.:)

The 458 is top five or top three in the game. Probably the MOST fun to drive!

Yes and no. But it ain't for a rebuild, and you could be right i'll check other cars too see what we find hey.
Obviously the lights don't indicate that theres a camera on and i allways use my seatbelts -LOL 2 times-, so it most mean something else.
Perhaps it just simply means that the car is on? (contact)

You are welcome Bro..shame about the one car only gifting limit per day otherwise would have sent it earlier. Glad you like the colour too.

Circuit de la Sarthe is a blast to drive in a modded 458. The Enzo is with in sight at Mulsanne turn and I am able to catch the Enzo just before entering the Ford chicanes.

I would agree.

For a challenge try 430 Scuderia '07,

No aero kit, 550hp, SS tires, LSD, adj. suspension.

Had to use a scooch more power at Le Sarthe and cut last chicane.

Used RH tires at Autumn Ring, since your cornering so much, but probably could be done on SS with enough power increase.

Really love that 430. :)

Well I finally dusted off the un-used Enzo to give it a go in the Sarthe race after winning it with 7 other cars.Well the Enzo is #8 now. I only need to brush up on the 512 to make 9...
Thanks to Dr. Slump for a great set-up!...👍

I just raced against an AI opponent named F.Massa, I thought that was pretty funny.

If you pay attention, there are a lot of references, and they are car specific. For example J Bond will occasionally show up driving an Esprit.

So, has anyone achieved anything with the 512BB? Might give it a try soon.

Silver at le sarthe, only minor upgrades, nomal tyres, original setting, no aides:sly:

But the first chickane:ouch:
Ps anyone find out what the orange light on the rev.counter of the 512BB is?
Not for turnsignal, seatbelt or camera but...?
