I wasn't aiming my double wallpaper various pixel size posts at any specific member. In my time, 2048x1536 or whatever it is was a novelty, so I posted a screenie of my screen at that size. I could honestly care less about post count, or anything else useless of the matter. I didn't blow up, but I don't think you're in any position to make such an oposition against me when I did nothing to harm you or attack you.

Thanks ITR, and nice desktop. Been thinking about doing that myself.

You told me to shut up, and may I say in a harsh manner. A more responsible way of responding to my questions, would have been simply answering them. I took your retort as an offense, which you deny and I guess I'll apologize for my profanity earlier. But I'd like to get something understood, what position do I need to be in to oppose you? This is an open forum, if I'm not mistaken. No positions necessary. Also, I'd like to state that I NEVER opposed you until you told me to shut up.

Now, as for sUn, I see you take pride in carrying on arguements for others, so I guess I'll let you get away with that, but a couple quick questions, "who was my original post directed towards?" and "why did you step into our arguement?"

No desktops for a while, so.

I just finished installing XP Pro on my parent's computer. Somehow they crashed it to a point beyond repair, still wondering what they did...Got their documents and such, odd though. Well, they needed a reformat and reinstall anyways, their slow PC was running slower than usual(1.2GHz Celeron, 256MB RAM, 4MB onboard Intel, 40GB 5200RPM HD...). They do have a nice monitor, however. 17" LCD, nice thin frame and everything. Running a nice confortable resolution. Gave them this as their setup.

My latest and most favourite. I was absolutely sick of how disturbingly slow my laptop is under windows soooo, I installed Linux onto it (just don't tell the tech support people at my school - they'll kill me ).

Currently running Mandrake 10 with the KDE desktop environment. Nice, fast, clean. If I get time next week, I'm going to kill the mandrake partition and replace it with a custom built Gentoo installation.


Errr...image attatchments aren't working very nicely with Konqueror...
