Yep. I actually do it through ObjectDock. But, yes, you can do it through C:/RECYCLER. Or at least I can. As long as you have the C:/recycler folder at the moment, there shouldn't be any problems. The cool little interface is gone though.
Edit: You must have administrator rights!
