Burnout
Why not? It's super easy to use, and only uses as many resources as the Windows Luna skin.

Last time I used it it gave me problems. Its been so long I cant remember what those problems were. :odd:

I had problems with SP2, and with no-sp. I used the wrong one for both. :dopey:

If you use the SP1 one for SP1, and the non-SP one for non-SP installs, you wont have any problems.

I even found a nifty installer that works like a charm everytime. 👍

Information:
Instructions for systems that have Service Pack 1 Installed:

1. First, uninstall any version of StyleXP or similar program(s) you that may have installed already.
2. Remove any present Windows XP CD(s) from your CD drive(s).
3. Unzip PatchXP-SP1 to any folder on your hard disk.
4. Run the PatchXP-SP1.exe file.
5. Click "Patch", (You will receive a message saying that the patch was sucessful after the installation completes).
6. Click "Reboot", making sure you IGNORE any messges that may pop up, DO NOT acknowledge them at all, just let the system reboot! Your styles should now work correctly.

If you want to do an unpatch, follow the same procedure as above, but instead click 'Unpatch'. Unpatch will NOT work if you haven't used the Patch option first!

Instructions for systems that do NOT have Service Pack 1 installed:

1. First, uninstall any version of StyleXP or similar program(s) you that may have installed already.
2. Remove any present Windows XP CD(s) from your CD drive(s).
3. Unzip PatchXP.zip to any folder on your hard disk.
4. Run the PatchXP.exe file.
5. If patching was successful, the program will automatically close. You will get no other indications.
6. If you receive any messages saying to install your Windows XP CD, click 'Cancel' and then 'Yes' on the next message that pops up.
7. Reboot you computer and test your new styles, they should work correctly.

Tip: Change your VS to Windows Classic before proceeding. After you patch, windows will pop up with a message about some windows file being coppied or changed or something, some kind of critiqual windows file, ignore it and press cancel. Reboot. Put VS in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\. 👍
