GT academy,GT7...what about the course maker? Oh sorry, wrong thread. But I have a PS3 and ps4,t500. I'm ready for whatever.

He's probably just testing the accuracy of the physics for that new Nissan LMP. That's the most probable thing I can think of.
Wouldn't that be Jann? Oh wait they're both gonna drive it.

If he's really testing the Nissan LMP, could this means that the car is coming to the game?

Likely, GT Academy is right around the corner and it looks like the Nissan GT-R LMP Nismo will make a GT6 debut there.

So I take it, we still know nothing about this teeet... Notjing on GT Website.

You guys seem to lead yourselves down the garden path sometimes.

I see 2 sentences in that tweet.

"Another long and productive day at Polyphony studio with more testing and development for something really big!"
and
"2morrow MotorSport (Japan) event"

In other words ... I did this today, and tomorrow I'm doing this.
The 2 aren't related.

You're adding the word '2morrow' after an exclaimation mark to make it into something it isn't.

Things that PD have given us so far in updates; physics that continuously and mysteriously become more wrong, bugs that are just silly, Vision Gt cars that come with 500 MB movies that nobody really needs to have on their hardrive, and a B-Spec feature that was hyped to no end that fell flat on its face.

And you expect what from them exactly? Especially including the fact that this was simply a twitter post by a driver and not a PD employee or official PD account?

And the game physics have become 'more wrong' how?
Bugs ... agreed to a point. (The transmission bug is painful ... but not sure 'silly' is the right term)
500MB videos ... really? (1.17 had the Lexus and Alpine but weighed in at less than 400MB)
Who hyped B-Spec?

As much as I agree with your sentiment that things have been yet again been blown out of proportion from an unofficial source.
Honestly, can no-one post things that aren't exaggerated toward the negative?

It's just average GTPlanet negative feedback. If they don't get that one car they want, it's the worst game in history of ever.

When did I say anything about wanting a car?
What I want from the real driving simulator is a simulator that properly simulates driving, and in that regard they have taken steps backwards from 5 - 6. From release date to now camber, one of the basic tuning tools for all vehicles simply does not work. From release date ride height has been nothing but a joke and complies to know law of physics I could ever dream of. You've got cars that randomly lose all grip when off throttle or at mid corner. Many cars have completely wrong data, especially weight and weight distribution. The Miata MX-5, which PD praises with more models of one similar car than I have fingers and toes of its perfect 50/50 weight distribution, has wrong weight distribution. Most if not all cars have a stock gearbox that is completely wrong. I understand bad sounding cars and samples, but to have many cars not just sound bad but completely wrong is a joke from a game company with 15 years under its belts.

This isn't a first time thing for PD, this is their 6th game, so before I worry about new amazing things I'd like for the steps backwards PD has taken since GT5 to be fixed.

Back on topic; I sure hope whatever the big testing that was going on is a complete revamping of GT6 or them finally admitting defeat and moving on to GT7 on PS4.

What's really amusing in regards to the ride height is that they got it wrong in GT5, fixed it to a degree, then turn around and make the very same mistake in GT6. What's even more hilarious is, they had help/support from K&W and they still couldn't get the suspension physics right. Same with the tires and their partnership with Yokohama. I'm beginning to wonder if they even have a clue. Like you have said, they have 15 years of experience in doing this, you would think they could at least get the basics right. Tuning a car in this game is just a joke in my opinion. PD has made themselves look like fools more than once, all the while claiming to be "The Real Driving Simulator". If it wasn't for the Academy and also the friends I have made here in GT, I'd been gone a long time ago. I'm just about ready to say 🤬 it anyway.
