Reduced, not removed lol. Its still there, which is annoying, but theres noticeable changes when you drive off track.

Same here. Sadly, it seems like the default interior view in GT6 is set to 100 degrees FOV.

GT6's FOV is a lot lower than 100 I think. I had mine set up to 90-100 ish in GT5 and it was beautiful.

We had shifter karts in GT5?

Like others have posted you had to hybrid a kart to create a shifter kart.

I put a mini's engine and transmission in my kart, about 80hp and a little added weight to account for the weight of the bigger engine, it was supreme fun.


Was hoping for the new track but oh well, guess we'll all be waiting for even longer. Glad we can finally drive the karts everywhere though.

It was a pretty handy adjustment in the GT5 secret menu. Just one of those things that's already in the game, just hidden from view or use.
