It's a private company so that info isn't really available. However I would guess somewhere in the 400-500million range(US dollars).

Oopps I meant to say it's value.. I've always thought an F1 Team such as Mclaren or Ferrari would have more Value than a Football team.

No chance. The commercial value of the high-ranking football clubs is immense, the market power they have is way ahead of what a F1 team could hope to achieve. In fact given its exposure, I'd bet a few of the IPL teams are worth more than most F1 teams.
